Can't Let Go

Part 1

I was happy for Shawn.

He's getting more and more fans from his covers from Youtube.

He joined this group called Magcon.

There's a few people in Magcon such as Aaron Carpenter, Cameron Dallas, Carter Reynolds, Hayes Grier, Jack Gilinsky, Jack Johnson, Jacob Whitesides, Matthew Espinosa, Mahogany Lox, Nash Grier, and Taylor Caniff. Now including Shawn Mendes.

Shawn and I are best friends.

I still remember how we met.

~Flashback~
In 3rd grade is where we started.

We had the same class, Mr.Wells.

We sat at the same table.

"Hey! I'm Shawn! I'm new here." His little squeaking voice said.

"Hi Shawn! I'm Emily! I'm old here!" I said laughing.

"Ok class! We have a new student in the class. Shawn Mendes please come up in front of the class." Said Mr.Wells

Shawn walked up slowing in front of the class. I could tell he was nervous because his ears were turning red.

"H-hi everyone." he said nervously.

"Hi Shawn!" Everyone said.

"Thank you Shawn. Now please seat down. We have lunch in 2 minutes." Said Mr.Wells politely.

The whole class was gathered to get to know Shawn.

"So, Shawn." said Liam.

I didn't like Liam. He was a bully but, I didn't care because I was the only one to step up to him.

"Y-Yes." said Shawn.

"So, what are your hobbies?" Liam asked.

"I like to singing." Shawn said.

"We have a girly singer here!" Liam said laughing.

"LIAM!" I yelled at him.

"What? It's true." Liam smirked.

"Liam, just shut up." I said.

"Ooooo, a girl is going to protect the girly singer." Liam grinned.

"Liam, just shut up. You're just being mean about it because you can't sing." I said.

The class said, "Ooooo."

"I don't care. I don't even want to sing. Emily just sit down. You're just a help." Liam said.

"HEY!" Shawn yelled at Liam.

"Emily isn't a help. You are. You just want to bring people down because you, yourself is down. You just want to make sure people are sad like you. You know what. It's useless to talk to you." Shawn said confidently.

Shawn grabbed my arm and took me to the other side of the room.

"Thank you Emily." Shawn said.

"Eh, anytime. You were right about what you said." I said.

"Thanks. Wanna be friends?" Shawn asked.

"I thought you never ask." I said.

~End of Flashback~

Since then until today we've been best friends.

We never got into any argument, fights, or ignore each other.

That's how strong our friendship is.
