Maxines POV
I found out today that I have cancer and the only person i've told about it is my best friend Jenna. My mom knows too because she went to the appointment with me. I started to cry once I found out.
Jennas POV
I knew something was wrong when Maxine walked into the room. I could always tell when something was upsetting her and this time she was crying her eyes out.
Jenna: Baby girl you ok?
Maxine: I found something out today and i'm really scared.
Jenna: You know you can tell me what's going on. You don't have to be scared alone.
Maxine: I I I found out I have cancer. I'm so scared. You're the only one who knows besides my mom.
Jenna: Awe babe come here. I hold her close while she crys into my chest until she falls asleep in my arms.
