Life as a 9-11 operator is never easy, hearing accidents from miles away and not feeling like you're not able to do much more besides send someone to the scene. Sang has been doing this job for close to a year now, and thought she had seen, or well, heard anything.
But thats until she got a phone call from a boy with a screaming stepfather, a colourful vocabulary, and she finally gets to see what happens after the phone call ends.
