She wakes up every day,

to only be welcomed to the same thing.

Her questions in class left astray,

and the same stuff called ‘learning’.

She hates the bus ride there,

and the one back home.

Her lessons all bare,

leaving her mind to freely roam.

What’s the point in trying,

to only get judged cuz she didn’t get the perfect A?

Her lack of intelligence is showing,

it seems to every day.

She hates the people there,

way too prejudice and unkind.

She trudges through the day being scared

that her individuality will have to be confined.

Her friends all feel the same way,

but they ever complain.

She often feels very grey,

but her frown has to refrain.
