Two Lives (Editing)

Chapter 9

The rest of the week went by pretty fast. We went to Louis's party, which was amazing; I had a blast dancing around and laughing.

The girls and I had a sleep over where we watched movies,talked about my new school not including my 'nerd' life and my friends like always telling me about the new guys that came to their school and how handsome they are.

I have gotten over Chad but I still haven't done anything about him & Stacy. I am waiting for the right moment. Too bad they don't know what's coming their way. Also turns out Dylan and I have become close during the week, I have been hanging out with him & Mason more than anything.

Guess what, Mason is going to live in the same neighborhood I live in only two houses down from mines and will be attending the same school as me.

Now I have to tell him about my life in Oklahoma in which I am pretending to be someone I am not.

Anyways right now Mason & I are in the airport to go to Oklahoma. I already said my goodbye's to my friends. I am actually excited to go back to school and introduce Mason to my other friends. I bet they are going to ask a lot of questions.

My thoughts were interrupted by Mason. 

"Earth to Juliet." He said waving his hand in front on my face.

"Huh?"

"I asked you something." He said.

"Sorry, I was thinking."

"I notice." He chuckled. "What are you thinking about?"

"Just school and that stuff."

Finally we arrived in Oklahoma. My mom was outside waiting, when she saw us she gave us a hug & a kiss. She has totally been excited to see Mason again after a year.

"Look at you all grown up and handsome."she said to Mason. "Any girlfriends?"

Yeah, that's totally my mom.

Mason chuckled. "No Carmen;still single." 

We all laughed.

"Well lets get you guys home to rest, I bet you're tired after that long flight." Mom said.

"You have no idea." Mason & I said in unison.

After we rested, I went with Mason to his new house which his parents had prepared over the week we were in Washington.

The house was stunning even if it was decorated in a simple way. His room was so cool. He had his two skateboards on the wall, his electric guitar was placed next to his bed, and a plasma tv hanging on the wall placed in front of his bed. The black furniture brought the room together with the black curtains blocking the sun light out of the room.

"Why don't you move in with me?" He asked.

"I live two houses away from you."

"So.... I don't care. I will get lonely without you." He pouted.

"Jajaja, such a baby."

"No I am not, I just don't want to be alone." He said giving me the puppy dog eyes.

After awhile of debating, we came to an agreement. We will be taking turns sleeping at each others house. One day mines then the next day his.

Sigh. The things I do for him.

"Mason scoot that's my side!"

"Sorry no can do,Jules." He said

We were fighting cause he is lying down on my side of the bed and he won't move. 

Last I decided to push him off the bed; it didn't turn out the way I had planed.

When I pushed him that he was about to fall on the ground he grabbed me and we both fell on the rug, I landed on top of him.

"You're going to pay for that." He said with a devilish smile. He tickled me and I started to laugh uncontrollably.

Mom came in and Mason stopped.  

Thank goodness, my stomach hurts from so much laughing.

"Still childish as ever." She said smiling. "Its been awhile since I have heard Juliet laughing like that. She hasn't been laughing since we moved."

It's true since we moved I haven't been smiling or laughing as I used to. I wasn't happy as I used to be either. I am glad now I have my best friend,Mason, here. We are always together no matter what. He is part of my life and always will be.

"Really?? Well I guess from now on you will be hearing her laughing everyday."he said.

We fell asleep after a while of talking, it was just like it used to be back in Washington.  

I feel like if I was back home with him here.
