CHAPTER 5

DAIYA'S POV
-Time skip until 17:00pm-

I already got the ingredient that Rosé asked for... I wonder where does she uses it... I took the chance to taste it and it is really sour... I don't know where should it be added...

I'm walking with the GPS, when suddenly, I receive an incoming call from Lisa. I guess that she's already done with her classes...

Me: Yeah?
Lisa: Turn around... (hangs up)

-Daiya: (turns around) Lisa?
-Lisa: What are you doing walking around without me? You could get lost...
-Daiya: It's okay, I'm using the GPS... (smiles)
-Lisa: Still, you should had waited at your hotel... (pouts) What are you carrying there?
-Daiya: Nothing, something that I needed to buy... (chuckles) Can I leave it at the hotel before we hang?
-Lisa: Yeah, let's head to your hotel first... (smiles)

-Time skip until you are at the hotel-

-Daiya: You can sit wherever you want, I'll be putting this inside the fridge... (smiles)
-Lisa: D-Did you suddenly gain a lot of money or what? How did you get to be here in this hotel?! It is really expensive!

-Daiya: I know... (chuckles) Rosé booked it...
-Lisa: Oh, the girl you called before...
-Daiya: Yeah (smiles) She's kinda rude on the outside, but I think that she's really nice inside...
-Lisa: I see... (looks down) I'm glad that you are doing fine back at home... (fake smiles)
-Daiya: Lisa... I need to talk with you... (looks down and sits at the edge of the bed)
-Lisa: W-What is it?!
-Daiya: I don't know how to tell you this... (sighs)
-Lisa: (panics) I-I get it! You are going out with her, its okay! I understand!
-Daiya: What? (confused) It has nothing to do with romance...
-Lisa: Then?
-Daiya: Well... You see... I'm not here just because of you, I'm working for Rosé, but not because I'm her worker, this is just favor... I need to bring to Korea what I bought before and bring it to her restaurant... We are more like rivals... Ugh, this is why I told you that I didn't know what to call our relationship... (chuckles) I'm sorry, I know that I said that I was here because of your birthday-
-Lisa: It's okay! (giggles) Actually, it's a relief...
-Daiya: What? You are not angry because I lied to you?
-Lisa: No, no... (smiles) It's okay, really... Now, let's have fun?
-Daiya: Sure! (smiles)

I followed Lisa around and the truth is that this place is really beautiful. We visited places like the Sky Tower. I was a little bit afraid because we were really high, but the scenery was just too beautiful that I ended up enjoying it.

Lisa wanted to remember this day forever, so we took a selfie.

Since we couldn't leave Auckland because it is getting late, she said that we would visit another places on the weekend. I'm looking forward to it, but for now... We should head somewhere to have dinner...

-Daiya: Where are we going to have dinner?
-Lisa: We'll do it like when we were kids... (chuckles)
-Daiya: Hot dogs at the park? (smiles)
-Lisa: Exactly (winks at you)
-Daiya: Nice (smiles)

We bought some hot dogs, and then head to a park near Lisa's dorm. We sit on a bench, and then enjoy our meal like when we were kids...

-Daiya: I received a lot of  luxurious stuff today, but at the end, the simple things like this ones are what makes me the happiest... (chuckles)
-Lisa: (smiles and gets closer to you) Me too... I'm really happy right now...
-Daiya: Here's its getting cold tho...
-Lisa: Yeah, that's what happens once the sun is gone... (chuckles) I would have told you to bring warm clothes, but since you appeared as a surprise...
-Daiya: My bad (laughs and takes off your jacket) You can have it tho... I'm not cold...
-Lisa: What? What are you trying?
-Daiya: Nothing, I just want to take care of you... Is it bad? (smiles)
-Lisa: Is this because of the promise you did when we were kids? (giggles)
-Daiya: Maybe yes... Maybe not... I just want to do it... (srughs and keeps on eating the hot dog)
-Lisa: Okay, then let's use it to cover the both us... (smiles and gets even closer) This way is much warmer, right? (starts blushing)
-Daiya: It surely is... (smiles and blushes too)

Somehow, this feels really different of how it was when we were kids... Is it because we are bigger? No, that's not it... The reason has to do something with the pace of my heart...

Damn it, how would I ever tell to her that I like her? I wasn't able to do it at the airport because she was leaving, but now I'm the one who will leave soon... Its not the time to confess...

-Daiya: Well... Should we return back?
-Lisa: Aww, already? (pouts)
-Daiya: You have school tomorrow (smiles) And it is really dark... I'll walk you back to your dorm, I'm sure Jennie noona is worried...
-Lisa: She's not, she knows that I'm with you... (smiles)
-Daiya: (smiles) Thanks for today Lisa...
-Lisa: I'm the one who should be saying so... (chuckles)

I walk her back home, and then I call a taxi to return back to the hotel. I really enjoyed the day... And I'm also already done with Rosé's favor... I think that I'll just enjoy my time here for the rest of the week...

I'll go with the flow and have fun. That's it. I can't allow my feelings to get control of the situation because I would ruin everything...

LISA'S POV
I can't belive it... Today was like a dream come true... It was all like really magic, nice, I don't even know how to express it!

-Lisa: Eonnie I'm back! (hugs her)

-Jennie: Guess you really enjoyed today... (chuckles) Tell me, what did you do? Huh? (smirks) Did you get all lovey dovey or way more touchy?
-Lisa: It was not like that! (embarrassed) We just had fun like we  used to... (smiles) But something inside, was beating really fast along some butterflies in my tummy... (chuckles)
-Jennie: Lisa-ya you are in love! (screams excited)
-Lisa: Shh, shh... What if he hears you (embarrassed)
-Jennie: He won't, don't worry (chuckles) You need to make him fall for you while he's here in New Zealand... That way, you'll make sure that he doesn't meet with girls back at Korea... (smiles)
-Lisa: Make him fall for me? (giggles) We'll see what happens...
