Prince Matt was watching me from across the dining table, which kept me considering if the spell fizzled. He was laid back, playing with his beard with a tight-lipped smile.

I lifted my eyebrows at him, he grinned showing his white teeth before winking my way. I winced, as I took a bite from my bread.

Other than the starry human, seated before us. Bella was shooting daggers towards Alexander's back head. She stood behind us beside the golden drawers, waiting for someone to call her. I silently shook my head at her. She didn't respond as she was busy glaring at the ginger head beside me. The tense in this big place kept getting higher.

I cleared my throat, glancing at my plate that has green vegetables in it.

My brother was also looking at his plate with furrowed eyebrows. The queen shifted in her seat, scowling at Matt. Who was smiling at one of my father's jokes.

"There were many knights at King Arthur's round table, but without a doubt the fattest, was?" Asked the king his hands fisted together with his elbows laying on the table.

Matt appeared confused at first, trying to find the reply to it. My father laughed, enjoying the prince's puzzled state.

"Sir Cumference." The king replied to his riddle while stifling a laugh.

My eyes widen as I started choking on my meal and began coughing. The Queen patted me on the back. Bella placed a glass of water next to me. I sipped it as my Mother shifted in her chair to glare at our father.

"What? It was funny!" Father said, defending himself.

He turned to the prince who was still examining my moves.

"Prince Matt, How well would you say, you are adoring this?" Father asked while pointing at Matt's plater.

The Prince stared at me, then at his dish. At that point he coughs, and sit straight, penetrating me with his dark dim eyes.

"Well, it's scrumptious, délicieux!"

I scowled at the choice of words.

'Scrumptious? Really? What a word!'

His grin influenced me to flinch. The Queen glared at him as if at any second she will cut his neck in half. I'm certain she's analyzing the messy contemplations in Matt's brain.

'He's into it, isn't he?'

She looked at me and nodded not saying a word.

It's been a while since they took off and bequeathed me in the dining room alone, still fiddling around with my fork with the broccoli sitting on my plate from the start. My Father conveyed the prince away to discuss business.
