Chapter 12

I could hear a clanking sound coming from somewhere. Everything was still black. OH MY GOD IM BLIND!!! I started mentally having a panic attack. Don't be so stupid just open your eyes idiot. Man I'm stupid sometimes. My eyes slowly opened. My surroundings were different to what I remembered. I felt a weight on my chest and a grip on my hand. I looked down and saw a curled up Cody on my chest. I turned to the side to find the most beautiful girl I have ever laid eyes on. She looked completely drained but still beautiful. I smiled at how she still managed to grip my hand although she is asleep. I heard footsteps starting to head towards where I was lying. "Ross?" I whispered. He dropped the book he was holding and turned around to me.

"Your awake" he whisper shouted making sure not to wake the others.

"Where am I?" I asked. He laughed and perched on the small space at the end of the couch.

"At my place, how you feeling?" He asked. I shrugged.

"Well I haven't moved yet so I'm not quite sure to be honest" I laughed. He nodded.

"What's the last thing you remember?" He asked. I thought for a moment.

"Uh I was lying on the ground and Camila was trying to keep me awake and then-" I stopped mid sentence. Wait did Camila say she loved me? I'm not imagining that am I? Damn stupid unconsciousness.

"Then what?" He asked noticing I still hadn't replied.

"I blacked out" I answered. It wasn't a lie, I did black out.

"Okay well I'm going to make pancakes" Ross said getting back up. "Then we can move all your stuff" Ross said. I looked up at him confused.

"Come on Y/N, I know you said you'd be fine but I'm not leaving you two alone in that house again, your moving in with me, I have plenty of space" Ross said. I felt the small body on my chest start to stir. "We'll talk about this later" he said before walking out. I watched as Cody started to sit up. He slowly turned around and smiled.

"Oh hey Y/N" he said casually before getting up and beginning to walk out. I began to count to myself. 1, 2, 3. On Que. Cody ran back in with a huge smile on his face. "Y/N Y/N Y/N YOUR AWAKE" Cody shouted while running over to hug me.

"How you doing bug?" I asked.

"Good" he replied.

"Oh my god Y/N?" I turned to see Camila who was now sitting up. She must have been woken by all the shouting.

"Hi" I said shyly. She jumped up from her chair and collapsed on top of me pulling me into a hug.

"Thank God your okay" she said. She pulled back from the hug and cupped my cheek with her hand.

"How long was I out?" I asked. She sighed.

"5 days" she replied.

"Have you been here that whole time?" I asked. She nodded.

"I couldn't leave you, my parents came over to check on you, the girls have been over" Camila said.

"Y/N what's for breakfast?" Cody asked. Camila and I both laughed and turned to face him.

"Pancakes, why don't you I help Ross out" I said. Cody smiled and nodded before running off towards the kitchen. I turned back to Camila. "I'm sorry I ruined our date" I said looking down.

"Don't you dare say sorry, you didn't ruin anything, you saved your brothers life that's more important than a date, plus we have next week, next month, tomorrow, we have any day of the week to have a date and as long as I have you everything is perfect in my eyes" Camila said. I stayed quiet for a while thinking about what I was going to say next.

"I love you too" I said. Camila diverted her eyes from our interlaced hands to my eyes. The smile that I saw appear on her face right then I have in my mind forever. I smiled back. She looked down at my lips before quickly looking back at my eyes. Seeing as I couldn't move she slowly started to lean in. Then I felt something that I couldn't even describe. All the emotions we were feeling were put into this kiss.

"Breakfast is rea-" Ross came in. Camila and I disconnected our lips and turned to face him laughing. "Oh sorry looks like your already having breakfast please continue" Ross said before dogging the pillow I threw at him and walking out.

"Ew gross" I said making Camila laugh. She turned my face back to look at her and connected our lips again. We pulled back when air was necessary. "Best first kiss ever" I whispered. Camila giggled before standing up. She held out her hand and helped me up. It was easier than I thought, getting to the kitchen was he hard part.

"Come on let's go eat cause I am starving" Camila said. I laughed and we began our long journey to the kitchen.
