That Faithful Night

Author's note: I'm sorry if this story is bad, I'm not the best writer that you'll ever see. I'm sorry about that. I wish I was for you guys. I hope you guys enjoy it though. Thanks for reading. Warning, there is mentions of child abuse in this chapter and a little bit of that child abuse is bought up, so proceed with caution.

------------------------- Chapter One: That Faithful Night ---------------------------

In the lair, as it was turning from day into night, there sat a 15 year old Michelangelo eating his pieces of pizza and watching Super Robo Mega Force Five! on the tv in the pit of the lair. Mikey was getting bored and noticed that it was becoming night, which meant patrol was soon to follow. Trying to cure his boredom until patrol started, he got up and skipped to his brother's lab. Once inside the lab, he looked at his genius older brother and said happily "Sup D."

Donnie knew though that it was Mikey from when he first heard the lab doors open, for he knew the sound of his brothers' footsteps. Mikey was careless and typically had a skip in the way he walked, Raph has always had heavy footsteps, then Leo had soft footsteps. That's why when Mikey walked in, Donnie waited for Mikey to speak. He was a little annoyed that he was being interrupted in the middle of him working on the Shellraiser, but he looked at his T-phone and saw that it was getting around the time for patrol anyways, so he quickly let what he was previously feeling subside. When he heard his little brother speak, he quickly got out from under the Shellraiser, and asked his brother with curiosity written all over his face and also laced in his voice " Are the others ready for patrol yet Mikey? I'm not late am I?"

That's when Mikey looked at his brother, then sat in Donnie's blue chair and replied by saying "No, you're not late dude. Leo and Raph aren't ready yet." Then started spinning himself in the chair. Mikey was looking around the lab and was trying to entertain himself.

As soon as Donnie saw Mikey sitting there and looking around his lab, Donnie decided to bring up a conversation with his only little brother. "Mikey, why'd you come in here then?"

That's when Mikey looked at Donnie and smiled then said, once happily again as he stopped spinning himself in Donnie's chair. "I got bored dude. You're the only one who's okay with having me in here with you. Raph never lets me go in his room. Then Leo is typically mediating by himself. I'm bored D."

Then Donnie looked at Mikey and processed what Mikey had just said to him and then responded patiently with "Mikey, it's okay that you're in here, but please don't touch anything in here okay? This stuff has taken me a long time to make and most of it isn't done yet." Donnie said as he gave Mikey a serious look as he said that.

Then, as if fate was on Donnie's side, Mikey and Donnie heard their older brother, Leo yell to get everyone's attention "Raph, Donnie, Mikey! It's time for patrol!"

That's when Raph, Donnie, and Mikey quickly came to the pit of the lair to meet up with Leo before they left for patrol. They hadn't quite discussed what they were going to be doing on patrol tonight, but they figured that it would be what they typically do. What they typically do is go on look out for any Krang, or any other of Shredder's goons. That's when Raph asked, semi annoyed about them not talking about what they were going to do on patrol, "What are we going to do Fearless?"

That's when Leo looked at his team of ninja brothers and said pridefully "We're going to be on look out for the Krang or Foot." He said while he was walking towards the exit of his home. Raph and his brothers were soon to follow. They didn't find look out fun at all, but they went along with it.
