The princes didn't now who she feared more. Her father who just tried to kill her, or the gargoyle who had raped and claimed her. She screamed as she watched the gargoyle king break her father's arm. And yet she knew he did it to save her life."And now your majesty." The gargoyle king stated with an evil grin upon his face. "It is time to pay for all of your sins."
The king's eyes widened in terror, as his gargoyle counterpart wrapped his massive hands around the king's neck. The princess was horrified, as she watched her father being lifted off the ground. Despite the fact that he just tried to kill her, it was still hard to see him suffer.
"Please stop!" She cried. "At least show him that you are better than him! At least show him some mercy!"
"Very well." Replied the gargoyle king, rather nonchalantly. "Mercy it shall be."
All of as sudden the gargoyle king's face harden. To the princess's horror, he ripped her father's head off of his body. She cried out, even more horrified as blood began spraying everywhere. Yet all the gargoyle king did was laugh.
With that, she noticed her father's sword on the floor, and grabbed it as quickly as she could. She then pointed it at the gargoyle king. It was heavy, as her arms trembled from both fear, as well as the weight of the sword.
"St-stay, stay away from me!" She exclaimed in fear.
Once again the gargoyle king just laughed. "Go ahead and kill me. Then just see how society treats an unmarried woman, who give birth to a gargoyle child. Despite how you feel about me at this moment, deep down I know you. A lot better than you think. You will do anything protect your unborn child, even if he is to be a gargoyle. Without me to protect the both of you, people will think you are a consort of the devil. They will believe that he is a demon, and kill you both. Maybe at this moment, you don't care whether or not you live or die. But I know one thing my beloved, you do care about your unborn son."

Cali was exhausted, as she and Rosalina kept walking from store to store. They had been shopping for hours. Where did Rosalina get all of her energy? She was sure that they had conquered every high end boutique in Paris. What was even more surprising was how easy it was to spend so much money, so quickly.Plus it wasn't even their money, it was Gabriel's. What even added to all of the craziness, was being followed by an entourage of men in dark suits the whole time.
"Are you okay?" Rosalina asked her.
"I-I'm fine." Cali replied. "I just hope we didn't over do it. I'm used to going to a department store, and maybe spending a hundred dollars at the most. But we've spent almost fifty thousand euros. I just hope we don't anger your brother."
"Oh honey!" Rosalina chuckled. "This is nothing! Wait until we start planning the wedding. Believe me, my brother will want it to be the social event of the year. Besides, wasn't he the one who threw out all of your clothes? He's the one who expects the woman on his arm to dress a certain way. So, let's just say were meeting his expectations."
"It just seems like a lot." Said Cali. "I guess I'm not used to this."
"Wait until we hit the jewelry stores tomorrow." Rosalina said with a wicked smile. "Believe me, if Gabriel wanted you to stay within a budget, he wouldn't have sent you shopping with me."
"Well I suppose that's one way to look at it." Replied Cali. "Wait a minute, did you say jewelry stores?"
"Of course." Said Rosalina. "You're going to need a tiara, for your wedding."
