Why's the light so bright? Am I in heaven? No no I don't want to die now, I haven't even gone to prom yet, no boyfriend, no husband, no kids. No death no!
"Wake up silly, heaven will throw you out" I heard Ash voice and snapped out of my ..., whatever you'll call it.
It so happens that the bright light was from the window Ash left open. Well that's a good thing.
I must have passed out on his bed yesterday, and he didn't push me to the floor? Thank God.
"Ash why didn't you just take me to my room?" I shouted since he had gone to the shower,
"Probably cause you weigh the same as a hippo, I did try but I couldn't" he responded, "and now your drool is all over my pillow"
"Gee thanks", I murmured about walking out of his room,
"Liyah, you there?" He called out again making me halt at the door
"About leaving, what's up?" I asked,
" Well, I'm going for a drive, you wanna come explore Auckland?" He's done bathing, cause the shower had stopped running.
"Of course, I have practically nothing to do" I replied walking to my room.
"Well then, you have an hour slow poke, It's almost 11", I was already in my room by the time he finished.
I was done brushing my teeth, now I'm picking out what to wear. Since the weather is warm and comfy, I decided to wear a short, a black vest and a flannel shirt paired with my black and white vans
"Aliyah you're taking forever to get down", Asher called out from downstairs.
"I'm out already, quit nagging", I threw back at him, grabbing my phone and pair of shades just incase I wanted to feel all celeb you know (wink).
Asher was wearing a black tee, ripped jeans and same shoes with me. I smiled at it drawing his attention to it.
"Awwn mehn, nature why?, I'd have gone to change but I'm too lazy" he whined, you see, mom gets matching shoes for is each Christmas as an extra gift.
"Where's mom and dad" I asked ignoring his whining.
"Oh yeah, they both went out earlier. They had to report at work, get grocery and make out in the car", he shuddered at the last part
"Eww dude, where's your filter?", I asked trying to shake out the memory from my mind
"Their words not mine", he said raising his hands in a surrender holding an apple in mouth.
"Those couples are something else, grab a bite let's head out" he added, let me remind you there was nothing to grab except an apple.
"We'll stop at Starbucks, there's nothing to eat here dumbo" I responded grabbing my phone and purse of the counter and heading out.
I followed Ash to the garage, to inspect my car. Not a scratch should touch my baby, and I'm glad there's none.
I took a quick picture of my car. I already have some but it looks new everyday, Sue me.

It's been hours since Ash and I started this tour, I'm shaking from hunger and this guy is acting like James Bond
"Ash, if you don't stop somewhere so we can eat, I'll pee in your car", I threatened, the guy loves his car seat
", after hearing you whine like a baby about how hungry you are, I couldn't take a risk of moving with a hungry shark", he said causing me to stick my tongue out at him
Few seconds later, we were at a pizza place, I was literally bouncing on my seat I got out immediately Ash stopped moving earning a chuckle from him
The sweet smell of different pizza types hit us when we entered the pizza place, it was quite filled up, maybe because it's the weekend
We placed our orders and started a hunt for where to sit, eventually we found one table that was vacant, the guys sitting there just left so...
Our food came and I literally dived into it, causing Ash to chuckle
"Ali, stop embarrassing me, you're scaring everyone off", he said picking his own slice of pizza
"At least", "Hi, do you mind if I join you guys, there's no other empty spot", a girls voice interrupted my comeback
"Not at all", Ash replied smiling broadly "Thanks ", she said sitting down with her pizza in hand, she must have been standing for a while
"I'm Lynn by the way, I came to enjoy a Saturday brunch and everywhere is so packed" she said looking around
"I'm Aliyah and the dude is my older brother, Asher, we just moved here", I told her
"Wow, welcome to Auckland", she replied

"This was fun", I said as the three of us walked out the pizza place, by the way the name's Darling's Pizza
"Yeah, well I'll see you guys at school on Monday", Lynn said walking off to her car Turns out she attends Hill Crest High School, where we'll be starting on Monday
"Sure, bye" we chorused getting into Ash's car
It was almost evening by the time we got home, yet mom and dad were not home
I got changed into one of Asher's old t-shirts and shorts to feel comfortable, tied my hair up and laid on the bed for a quick nap.
The sound of people laughing downstairs woke me up, clearly mom and dad were back
I laid still on the bed allowing my whole body to fully awake, some call it laziness but I'll argue that, I'm just preparing to move
I got up after feeling fully awake, and went downstairs
Dad was watching an episode of little big shots, he really loves that show. Mom was in the kitchen with Ash preparing dinner
Mom was preparing dinner, Ash was disturbing
"Ali sweetie, how was your nap", my mom asked
"Slept like a baby", I said yawning
"Good sweetie, come help me with the muffins"
"Okay mum" I replied washing my hands,
Ash and I helped mum set the table for dinner, we all sat at the table, Ash said the grace and we dived into the food, having conversations as we ate
After dinner, Ash and I cleaned up while mum and dad went to watch their show
Ash and I retire to our rooms, and I'm just here watching movies on my laptop while enjoying my dessert.
"Hey silly", Ash said walking into my room like it was his "Hey tweep", I replied "Whatcha doing?", he asked sprawling on my bed "Oh me? I'm measuring the distance between common sense and you, nothing much", I replied "Did someone say tickle monster?", "No no no Ash please no", are the only things I can say as Ash tickle me "Say I'm the best brother in the world" "Yourethebestbrotherintheworld", I said in a word vomit "Awwwnnn Aliyah thank you so much", he said in an annoying girlish voice
