Chapter 1: Letters

I think I might've said this in the last book, but Imma start each book with letters that (Y/n) writes to his friends. Oh also I'm writing this on Mother's Day, so to any mothers out there, Happy Mother's Day and I hope your children do something nice for you. And for all the children out there, call your mum and do something nice for them alright. And don't just do it Mother's Day, do something nice for your parents everyday okay? Okay well let's get started.

Dear Hermione,
Hey 'Mione how's your summer goin'? I got your last letter and yeah I should be able to meet you and your family at the Leaky Cauldron. I'm looking forward to it!

Not much is new, although Ben has been getting into a few fights with dad. Dunno what about, but the two of them have been going at it recently.

Rose is still getting letters from Marc, Richie and I've tried to steal them a few times, but she's started to hex the letters. Last time Richie tried to take one, sardines started to come out of his mouth. You should've seen it 'Mione it was hilarious, that until Ben butted in and stopped. He still thinks just cause he's a prefect he knows better than everyone else, pretty annoying.

Dads been busy at work, he still hasn't told us why, but he's been teaching us some new spells. I think he's worried about something.

I can't wait to go to Hogsmead this year it's gonna be so much fun! Hopefully the others will have gotten their letters signed to so we can all go.

Have you heard much from Ron and Harry?

Anyway gotten finish some work, actually you can help me do it at Diagon Alley. I'll see you soon.

Has your aunt come yet? Try not to get too annoyed with her, I don't want something bad happening.

Anyway not much is new here, oh yeah dad says hi. He wants to meet you, he works at the ministry. Actually for the longest time he didn't believe me that I knew you. Can't blame him though I'd always say unbelievable stuff. Like this one time I told my dad I was hiding a dragon in the shed. Well actually that was true, found him in the forest, just a little baby. Well that is until he burnt down the shed.

Anyway Hermione and I are meeting at the Leaky cauldron, hopefully your aunt and uncle will let you join us.

Well hope your summer was bearable, I doubt it was good. Oh I almost forgot did you get your uncle to talk about his mustache secrets? I'm dying to know how he gets it so full and bushy.
