I woke up in the sound of my phone ringing. I reached for it and answered the call without looking at the number. "Hello?" I said it like a drunk person.

"Jesse, are you still asleep?" I heard a familiar voice through the phone.

"Aiden? Yeah I just woke up."

"Don't tell me you forgot..." I had no idea what he was talking about.

"Forget about what?"

"It's the first day of school again! And it's already 7:20!" shit. I totally forgot.

"What?! Okay thanks for reminding me bestie."

"Get dressed and I'll pick you up okay?"

"Alright. Bye!" I hung up. I think 30 minutes is enough time for me to take a bath, brush my teeth and dress up. I'll worry about breakfast later. I noticed something fall onto the ground and slid under my bed. It was a note. I picked it up and it said:

Hey sis I prepared breakfast for you. It's on the counter. Don't forget to eat okay? Also come home early today. Mom and Dad are coming over for dinner.

~ Jess

Well that answers my rumbling stomach. I'll just eat it on the way to school. Jess' class starts like an hour earlier than mine. I already know that we're not gonna be able to spend a lot of time together because our schedules are gonna be all messesd up since he studies at a different school now. Also, mom and dad? Coming over? Dinner together? I guess tonight is going to be one of my worst nights ever. I loved my parents but I don't think they ever loved me. They always compare me to my big brother. When HE makes mistakes, they just say "It's alright. We understand." but when I do a small goddamn mistake, they lecture me like a priest. They nag me about being an irresponsible daughter UNlike Jessrell. Having poor grades UNlike Jessrell. I tried my best to be what they want me to be but I just can't. They still nag me for not being as smart as my brother. Not being LIKE my brother. The thing is, I'm not my brother. I remember that time when my dad said "I didn't raise you to be such a disappointment!" I never answered them back because I highly respect them to the point that I didn't even respect myself.

After taking a bath, dressing up and brushing my teeth, I went downstairs. I shoved the pbj sandwiches in my backpack my brother prepared for me. I grabbed the spare keys from the coffee table and walked out of the house. I locked the door behind me and waited for Aiden. I looked at my watch—7:45. It actually took me a little less time to prepare. After about a few seconds, Aiden pulled over. He unlocked the car doors for me and I sat on the passenger seat. "*yawn* Good morning Aids." I said sleepily then he started to drive to school.

"I told you to stop calling me that," he said while chuckling.

"I think it suits you." I smirked trying to annoy him and he rolled his eyes. I took a sandwich out of my bag. I pulled it out from a plastic wrapper and started nibbling on it. It tasted great. Jess always make sure that the peanut butter and jelly are equally spread on each bread. The traffic lights turned red. After finishing the sandwich, I rested my head on the head rest and closed my eyes. "How many more minutes till we get there?"

He glanced at his watch. "About 5 minutes."

Aiden's POV

"Wake me up when we get there." *sigh* Jesse the sleepy head. The traffic lights turned green and I continued to drive. Once the car went forward, Jesse's head fell onto my shoulder. (Starting to get a little cliche here) I tried my best not to move too much while driving or else her head would fall and bump into something.

We finally arrived at school. Luckily there are still a couple parking spaces left. I parked my car beside a familiar Lambo. "Jesse? Jesse we're here." I said while gently tapping her shoulder.
