Pinocchio got so good at carving that he made the most lifelike dog anyone had ever seen. Mostly because when Pinnochio was done it came to life just like him. He named it scruffy and told it that if it was good the blue fairy would make it a real dog.
That day when Pinnochio was walking around town a tall gruff man walked by and asked Pinnochio " Hey kid wanna come to a little get together with me and my boys"
Right as Pinnochio was about to accept scruffy grabbed Pinnochio flung him on his back and ran. Pinnochio told Japeto what had just happened and Japeto thanked scruffy very well.
But that night while everyone was asleep two robbers came in and took Pinnochio to the great Stromboli.
Stromboli made Pinnochio sing and dance for an Audience and humiliated him.
When Japeto woke he found Pinnochio missing them he looked at Scruffy and scruffy was clawing at the door. He opened it and scruffy bolted.
