Dinner
Keely,Kaytlyn,Logan,and PJ all rode together.Keely drove.She didn't trust anyone with her car.Especially Logan's driving.Kaytie was talking fast.She was very doubtful she could keep the secret from Ashley.Logan was talking about batman.PJ was quiet.Probably listening to music.Keely pulled in and saw Ashley and tabby waiting with their parents.Oh Gods.Kaytie could already sense something big was gonna go down.
"Hey, My parents are inside waiting for us.Lets go eat."Keely said mildly interested in what was going on. Keely and Kaytie walked in front of Ashley and Tabby.Keely seeing her parents first and sitting down.Everyone else followed suit.After an akward silence Keely spoke up.
"Man this is soo loud.Can we turn it down?" Her sarcasm dropping through the words.
"Keely be nice.."Kaytie had said trying to control her headache.
"Kaytlyn is right, fishie.So Ashley how's college?"Keelys dad asked trying to seem nice and happy.It didn't work
"Well, my degree still has a long way to go.I am very proud of it though."Ashley said and then the silence came back.The sound of knives and forks clanging.And peoples drinks hitting the table,
That's when it happened......
