Gloxinia, King and Zalpa, sit on the sacred tree, watching Drole Mentor Diane and Matrona on a dance, Gloxinia can't help but Gaze at Drole, watching the giants every move as if it were a movie
"So, King" Zalpa asks
"Yeah" King turns to look at the human
"I heard that Diane and you had mutual feelings, is that true?"
King blushed "y-yeah"
"I'm happy for you"
"Thanks"
"Speaking of which" Zalpa shifted his gaze over to the other fairy king "Gloxinia right?"
"Mhm" Gloxinia responded, his eyes still locked on Drole, who was now lecturing Diane
"Are the feelings between you and Drole mutual too?"
Gloxinia was startled, he fell over hitting his head, but he sat up his cheeks turning a light pink
"We're just friends"
"Really?"
"Yeah!"
"Oh sorry, you two are just so close that I assumed.."
"We've known each other for almost 5,000 years, we were close allies 3,000 years ago and were locked in a different dimension until recently, if that won't make you close to a friend, I don't know what will"
"that makes sense"
Gloxinia smiled and turned back around.
for some reason he couldn't get what Zalpa had said out of his head "Are the feelings between you and Drole mutual too?" Why did that embarrass him so much? Now that he thought about it, why was he always watching Drole? and what was that feeling he had in his stomach when Drole would smile at him? These thoughts were racing through his head.
"Gloxinia" it was Droles voice, he looked up but there wasn't a giant of front of him, in fact there weren't any giants at all "behind you" Gloxinia turned around to see a human size Drole
"Drole? What happened?"
"Diane has some magic pills that make giants smaller"
"Really? That's awesome"
Drole smiled, Gloxinias heart started beating faster, and he could feel his cheeks getting warmer what was happening?
