#9 Secret Letters - Jhope

You have only been in school for about 1 and a half months now and you have been receiving secret letters from someone but they were really cute and sweet. The person always put their initials at the end (J.H<3) but I could never figure out who it was.

------NEXT DAY------

You opened your locker and found another letter in there and you read it.

-Goodmorning beautiful ^^ I'll see you in class :) ~J.H<3-

You smiled while reading it. Until your Bestfriend came up to you.

Jhope: "GOODMORNING (Y/N)!" He yelled sounding like a little kid.

You: "Yah! Calm down"

Jhope: "Huh? What's that? And why are you smiling?" Pointing at the letter.

You: "Huh? This? Oh uhh it's nothing!" You put it in our locker and blushed of embarrassment.

Jhope: "Yah! Don't lie!" He said pouting.

You: "haha stop with your aegyo!" You said pinching his cheek.

Jhope: "Ow! That hurts" he said rubbing his cheek " Oh the bell ringed I'll see you next class" he said walking the opposite direction of you.

Jhope's POV

I saw (Y/N) open the letter I wrote for her. She was blushing and smiling which made me do the same. (Y/N) is my best friend, I've had a crush on her ever since we became friends but I tried my best not to tell her so I made these letters to her. But there is this dance coming up! This is my chance to tell her.

------NEXT DAY (Day Of The Dance------

*RING RING RING*

You groaned not wanting to answer your phone but It kept ringing so you answered it.

You: "Hello?"

Voice: "Yah! Wake up! It's already 6!"

You: "Yea? So?"

Your Friend: "Today is the day where you dress up pretty and find a guy to dance with..."

You: "Omo! I forgot about the dance" you yelled making your friend laugh.

You woke up and washed up. You put on some light makeup in and a cute high low dress that fit you perfectly and also with cute matching heels.

You waited for your friend for a few minutes and then she arrived.

You: "yah! What took you so long?"

Your Friend: "It's only been 10 minutes"

You: "whatever....let's go"

You guys were on your way to the dance.

Jhope's POV

I can't wait to see (Y/N)! I hope this won't break our friendship. I waited for (Y/N) then she finally arrived.

No One's POV

You arrived at the dance and you first saw Jhope, you ran over to him and hugged him.

(Y/N): "Omo! Jhope your here?"

Jhope: "Well why wouldn't I be here? I'm going to ask someone I like well....love" he blushed while saying it. You just stood there surprised.

You were shocked and sad once you heard Jhope was going to ask someone out which made you disappointed, you really liked Jhope ever since you guys were friends but you never told him because you didn't want to break your guy's friendship.

Jhope: "Are you there?" He giggled and kept waving his hand.

You: "Huh? Oh yea I'm here" you giggled "well I'm gonna go first"

You went inside the school without Jhope leaving him outside. Jhope came in a few minutes after.

Jhope's POV

Where's (Y/N)?? I can't seem to find her. I was so worried that I might miss my chance. Few minutes later I found her outside by herself. I approached her.

Me: "(Y/N)-ah are you alright?"

(Y/N): "Huh? Yeah I'm alright" she turned away.

I could hear her crying. It hurts me so much.

NO ONE POV

You were crying because you really liked Jhope but he was going to ask someone out which broke your heart, but he was your best friend and you didn't want to break your guy's friendship.

Voice: "(Y/N)-ah are you alright?"

You: "Huh? Yea I'm alright" I turned away so he wouldn't see me crying, but instead he turned me around and hugged me tight. You were confused.

You: "Ummm....Jhope??"

He let go of you and held your hands.

Jhope: "(Y/N) I l-l-like y-you......no I mean I l-l-love you...." He smiled at me.

You: "Wait what???" You thought you were dreaming "An I dreaming? Or did you just say you love me??"

Jhope: "Yes, (Y/N) I said I love you" he laughed "And your the person I was going to ask out"

You: "Wait then who sent me all these letters??"

Jhope: "I did.....I didn't want to ruin our friendship so I wrote these notes secretly..." He faced the ground, blushing.

You: "Omo! Your letters were sweet yet cheesy!" You laughed and Jhope his you playfully.

Jhope: "So is it a yes???"

You nodded your head happily and Jhope lifted you in the air happily.
