Neukdae is the youngest of the three brothers so they are protective of her. When Sabo dies, Ace decides to give all of Sabo's effects to Neukdae. She's not Luffy's first mate.
Power: she can summon and lure wolves to command them both by attack and defense. When she does so her appearance changes, her ears and wolf tail appear.
Friends: Usopp, Franky, Nami, Robin, Zorro and TonyTony Chopper.
Best Friends: Croccodile, Doflamingo, Law, Katzuki her brother Luffy, Sabo and Ace.
