I decided that Killer Frost would've worn a light blue and white Victorian ball gown and heels. She would probably be told to tame her hair for this. She would have silver eyeshadow and blue lipgloss. This makeup is typically the exact makeup she uses in all the books she is in. Finally, on her neck would be a silver necklace with a light blue crystal that looked like an icicle.
