Chapter 6- Two months in!

After the concerning events of Hanji getting lost in the city at three in the morning, you made sure she didn't go walking late at night without someone. So far it had been going well and she stayed indoors for most of the time. Meanwhile at work, things had been going as usual, you kept everyone company and from destroying things they shouldn't. Today however you had a very important job, you were to guard the Director's flash drive with your life, he was out in a meeting and he left you with it. Now what was so important about this little flash drive? Well, it had the files for every episode for the next week, along with the bonus episodes. So basically, you held about two weeks of hard work and dedication in your hands. Fortunately you decided to leave it in your dorm in a small lock box under your bed, that way it wouldn't be bothered. Since the Director was out, the assistant director was calling the shots, so far she was doing a pretty good job.

You sat in your usual working spot when you were called by the Assistant. You packed your things and went to see what she needed, when you got there she smiled, "Ah! (y/n)! I need you to send an email, we're going to be going on a trip soon and the Director asked me to write it for him, unfortunately there's a lot of filming to catch up on so I can't really write it. We'll be heading to the location in Japan, please be sure to include that! Also put that when the Director gets back he'll be calling a meeting about the trip!" She instructed, "Sure thing! I'll start immediately!" You said, "Thank you!" She said and started back filming, you went back to the Lounge and sat down at a table when Levi walked in, "Hey." He said and sat down across from you, "Hello, done filming?" He nodded and put his head on the table, "I am so exhausted. What's new with you?" You looked over and pat his head, "I'm about to write an email about a big trip you guys are taking. Apparently you guys are going to go film in Japan." You said with a hint of sadness. Sure, it was cool they were traveling the world but you didn't think you would be allowed to go, besides, even if you didn't things would get awfully quiet. "We are? That's going to be a lot of fun." He said and sat up, you nodded and opened your laptop and started typing the email, Levi falling asleep on the table. When you were done you sent it out to everyone, you quietly got up and informed the Assistant you did and she thanked you and set you onto another task. This one was one you usually did, typing the new script and report back if you finish.

Tak tak tak tak. Your fingers ran over the keyboard as if you had done this your whole life. Levi woke up after an hour of you typing, more people had walked in and sat down, all in all it was quiet, everyone was asleep and you watched over your herd of baby ducks. Eventually the Directors meeting got out and he came back to the studio and called everyone for the meeting, "All right everyone! As you may know we'll be going on a trip, I'm here to discuss who is going, who isn't, and also what will be doing there, so on and so forth. Obviously the actors, myself and the assistant director will be going, along with the costume manager, make up artists, the office in Japan will have some set officials like stage managers, catering and such there. That being the case I will be coming to a very few of you who I've chosen to come because we will need your help. I'll be talking to you afterwards. In any case, we'll be filming there for two weeks, those not going are not required to come to work. That seems to be all, if anything I think of comes up I'll send an email. You're all dismissed to go back to work." He said. You turned and started back when you heard your name get called, you looked to see who it was but you couldn't spot the person. You walked back to the Lounge and continued working on the table from earlier.

After four long hours you were almost finished with the typing, Jean had come in and had used you as his pillow, and was peering from your shoulder at what you were typing, Levi was sitting across the table and playing on his phone, Eren, Mikasa, and Armin were all curled up asleep together, Eren and Mikasa's heads were on each of Armin's shoulders. Hanji was fast asleep with a pillow clutched to her chest. Annie, Reiner and Bertholdt were talking quietly and Connie and Sasha were playing on a computer in the corner. All in all it was pretty quiet and peaceful. After a few minutes the Director came into the room, you looked up and saw him motioning for you to come speak with him, Jean moved and you went to speak with your boss. "Hey there, (y/n)! I'm guessing you heard about the trip we're taking?" You nodded, "The Assistant had me write the email for everyone." You said, "Ah, good! Now then, I need to ask you a very important question. I've talked to your professors and if you would like to, we'll definitely be needing your help over in Japan, and it would be a great learning opportunity for you for woking on set in different countries and in different working enviroments!" He said.

"So, would you like to come with us to Japan?"
