I was busy to taking deeper breath.
I was busy silencing irrational thought.
I was busy to calming a racing heart.
I was busy telling my self I am okay.

and I will not apologize for it!
I have more issues then I possibly count.
and on my worst days, I'll go from happy to sad in a one second.
