Chapter 6: Wicked

Five Minutes later we we’re strapped in our front row seats, there was eight to a cart, so we all sat in the front, I made Niall sit on the outside, there was no way I would be seating on the outside were its easy to fall off. Dani did the same to Liam, so it went from left to right Niall, Me, Dani and Liam. The Wicked was a perfect name for this Rollercoaster because when you are all strapped in, nice and comfy, the cart pulls forward into this small tunnel than you stop and you’re looking at the tracks in front of you, they go straight up, at this point your heart is pounding in your chest from adrenaline, out of now where you fly forward fast, right into the sky. You slow down close to the tip, that it leaves you thinking that you could fall backwards but in that split second your mind conjured up that thought you creep over the tip and free fall at least two hundred feet than you head straight into cork screws, loops and defying gravity by going sideways.

            “That was a fun ride.” Liam said, he was the first to set foot on the platform. The rest followed suit.

            “Yeah it was like the ‘Rollercoaster that is life’ as Zayn would say it.” I joked. “It kinda reminds me of the California Screamin at California Adventures.”

            We walked, talked and hit as many rides as we possibly could in two hours. We ended up where we started. “So.” Liam said checking his very expensive Rolex watch, it must be nice to be rich, “We have enough time for one more ride. What one should we hit?”

            “We can go on the Skyscraper.” I suggested. The Skyscraper was the largest Ferris Wheel in Utah.

            “Oh yeah, that sound like a good idea.” Niall agreed with me.

            Dani looked a little uneasy. “I was thinking about getting something to eat. I’m kinda hungry.”

            I sucked in a breath of air, in mocked shock “Did that just really come out of your mouth?” I reached over and touched her forehead with the back of my hand. “Well you don’t have a temperature.”  I’m the one who usually says that first not her.

            “Yeah, I get hungry too, not just you. You still no doubt could eat everything in this whole park.” She added seeing me start to open my mouth.

            I shrugged, “Well what can I say.” I giggled. “But I really wanted to ride the Skyscraper.” I was disappointed, I wanted them to see the view of Utah from up there.

            “Why don’t you and Niall go on it, while me and Dani go get something to eat.” Liam suggested.

            “I never thought I would hear Liam say that.” Niall said.

            “I know right? Same with Dani.” We laughed together, while Dani and Liam looked at us.

            “They really are perfect for each other, aren’t they?” Dani whispered. “Well I guess we will see you in twenty?”

            I nodded my head, me and Niall walked towards Skyscraper, my heart pounding faster with each step. Last time we were alone we almost kissed, will it happen again but this time we actually connect? Cross your fingers.

Dani’s POV

            “So what should we eat?” Liam asked, looking down at me.

          “Well I’m not really hungry anymore, after thinking about all the rides we were just on.” I giggled.

          Liam started laughing and said to me, “Should we go ride one more ride?”
