Questioning

I wrote this at the doctors so excuse any mistakes.....enjoy :)

We got to my house

And went up to my room

We didn't say a word to each other

Neither of us knew what to say

So I just started talking

"Where have you been this whole time I was getting worried?"

"Yeah right why would you be worried about me?"

"I-I umm....just stop avoiding my question where were you?"

"I told you already I had to take care of business."

"What kind of business? You don't have to be afraid to tell me. You can trust me. I promise"

"Okay fine. I went back home for a few days to talk to...some people and when I came back here they sent me off with a mission but I can't talk about it. To anyone. Including you. Understood?"

"Yes but I have some more questions to ask you."

"Okay, ask away."

"How many people have you killed?"

"I don't know. I don't really count the people I kill it's not exactly something I enjoy."

"Then why do you kill?"

"Because I have to"

"Why?"

"Listen it's a long story and it's complicated and....ughh just I can't explain everything to you!"

"Okay sorry you don't need to get all mad!"

"I'm not mad I'm just sorry you can't seem to understand that I'm different and you will never understand me!"

"That's not true"

"Yes it is"

"No it's not! If you want me to understand then you would help me understand, but I can't if you won't explain anything to me!"

"I CANT EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU!"

"SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GO ALL B*TCH ON ME!"

"Excuse me"

I sat there silent

"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME!?!"

"I called you a b*tch okay."

I can't believe I just called her that

This girl had the power to end my life

Why would I even think of upsetting her

So at that point we both just stopped

And stared at each other

Nothing was said

But it was a comfortable silence

I can't tell what she was feeling

If she was mad

Or sad

Or both

Her expression was blank

But then she spoke up

"Is there anything else you wanna ask? I have to go soon."

"Really you have to go again? Already?"

"Yes so one last question."

Then I asked something

I don't think either one of us could believe I asked

"Would you ever kill me?"

DUN DUN DUN *cue dramatic piano music*
