Friends With The Devil

There she was

Waiting for me

Like she said she would

After what I found out

I don't know why I still want to talk to her

But I feel like I need to

Curiousity is literally going to kill me

Possibly

I just walked over

Looking confident and not scared

She doesn't ever smile I noticed

At Least I have never seen her smile

I started talking not even realizing till a second later

"Hi so can we talk now or...?"

"Yeah just try to keep it quiet I don't want them to find me."

Who is trying to find her?

"Okay well I just have a few questions about you basically."

"There are only some things I can tell you but I will try to answer everything."

"First off what are you?"

"What do you mean what am I?"

"I mean you obviously aren't human or all human at least and I want to know what you are."

"Promise you won't scream or go tell anybody?"

"I promise"

"I'm one of the Devils children."

"Excuse me.....DEVIL what do you mean and who are the others?"

"Exactly devil child as in the a spawn of the devil, the one of the Devils children"

"So your like a devil and the devil is your dad or whatever?"

"Yeah basically and for the others well the only one I know is Olivia but there are hundreds of devil children"

"Is Renae one too or is it just you and Olivia?"

"No Renae isn't, even if she was and didn't tell us we would be able to tell any devil child isn't the same area as us."

"I don't know weather to be scared or fascinated or both."

"Don't be scared we won't hurt you unless you bother us."

"Then why did you tear apart that kid today?"

"One person needs to be sacrificed a week for food to a devil and it just so happened to be that kid."

"You aren't going to kill me for food next week are you?"

"No not unless you make me mad"

"Well I will try my best not to make you mad but....I would still like to be friends with you."

"Really? Usually when we tell people we are Devils they scream, call us names, then run away and never come near us again."

"Well I'm not going to do that in different too just not like your kind of different. I'm not mean is what I'm trying to say and I would like to get to know you better."

"Thank You "

And that was the first time I saw her smile

She had a beautiful smile

And I would like to see it more often

For some reason I still like her

Even after finding this out

I probably should be friends with the devil

But she seems okay

I guess
