At first glance, the human realm isn't that different from the Nightmare Realm. It has the same orangey hue and other similarities, but when I look closer I can see how messed up it is. So chaotic. Not to mention the giant rip in the sky through which you can see the South District of the Nightmare Realm with a giant black pyramid floating beneath it...

"Is it always like this?" I ask Pacifica.

"What? No, of course not. This is Weirdmaggedon, brought to us by Bill Cipher." I notice the way she says Bill's name. I definitely made the right choice in hiding my surname...

"Where are we going?" Pacifica is taking me through a cluster of these....brown sticks with green stuff. (Don't judge me, we don't have them in the Nightmare Realm!) I would ask Pacifica about them, but I really don't need her to suspect that I'm not really a human.

"We're going to the one place that's unaffected by Weirdmaggedon, the Mystery Shack. It's protected from dream demons." she answers. I blink nervously. This "Mystery Shack" will probably end up revealing my secret.

Pacifica leads me into a large area clear of the brown stick-things with a large building in the middle. It looks surprisingly similar to lots of houses in the Nightmare Realm, with its weird shape. The main difference is the large signs hung up around and the huge letters on the roof spelling "MYSTERY HACK".
Pacifica steps onto the wooden patio and I follow nervously, expecting flashing red lights and blaring sirens or something, but nothing happens.

"Come on!" Pacifica opens the door (note to self: humans use their hands to do stuff instead of magic. Must remember this), revealing a rather underwhelming dark room full of humans and creatures.

"Pacifica!" Two humans run into her and they wrap their arms around each other.
Humans are so weird.

"Look who I found in the forest." Pacifica says, breaking out of the arm-wrap-thing, and I wave nervously.

I can study the humans more closely now, and I see how similar they are. Twins, like Lilith and Leif, her brother. They both have brown hair, peachy skin (which is so weird!) and the one with long hair (who I assume is female, but I don't know if humans work like that) is wearing some kind of baggy pink shirt and a dark blue skirt. (Must remember to learn human clothes. Quite a few differences) while the other (who seems to be a boy) is wearing an orange-red shirt with a kind of blue coat thing and black shorts. A blue and white hat sits on its head. There's a weird blue marking on the front that looks a bit like the brown and green things outside.
All in all, quite bizarre.

"This is Shadow. I think she's from out of town." Pacifica says to the humans. "Shadow, meet Mabel and Dipper Pines."

The two humans look at me. The long-haired one squeals and wraps her arms around me enthusiastically.

"NEW FRIEND!!!" it squeals loudly. The other one rolls its eyes and attempts to prise it off me.

"Mabel, give her some space." the hatted one says (who I assume is Dipper).

The other, Mabel, lets go of me, albeit reluctantly. It immediately sticks its hand out towards me with a huge grin on its face.
"I'm Mabel Pines! And this is my twin brother Dipper!" it says. He says? I still can't tell the gender....
Dipper smiles sheepishly at me, a weird red tinge creeping across his face.

Eh, it's probably a normal human thing, best not mention it.

Mabel grabs my hand, pulling me through another door into a larger room where all sorts of creatures were mingling.
I think some are human, but others I'm not so sure. There's this one....thing with human-coloured skin (she's only seen white people so far! I'm not being racist! Shes unaware that black humans exist!) and weird brown....things on its body. It has a huge brown hat and a long beard with a human-coloured oval on it. Actually, I think it might be a human but I'm honestly not sure.

Then there are the creatures I actually recognize. Some of them are legends in the Nightmare Realm, like the multibear, while some of them originate from the Nightmare Realm, like the manotaurs. I hope the latter won't sense my demon aura (I doubt I actually still have one, since I could get into the Shack).
There are plenty of humans too, all shapes and sizes (well, not shapes, but you know what I mean). There's a fat one there, a small thin one there with something on its eyes...

Mabel drags me into the room and all the creature's heads turn towards us.

"This is Shadow! Pacifica found her in the forest." Mabel says, a wide grin on her face.

• mini timeskip to the fight scene (sorry) •

They're fighting my brother. And his "friends". I never thought I'd see this.
Mabel, Pacifica, Dipper and a few others went to the pyramid, or the Fearamid, which is what they've been calling it.
I don't wanna fight Bill.
So I'm going after them.
I don't know how, but I will.

Maybe...just maybe...no. That would never work.
It's worth a try though.

I close my eyes, concentrating fiercely on the Fearamid.

A gust of cold air blows through my human hair, and as soon as it started, it stops. I open my eyes to see black. Just black.
I start to panic quickly. I shouldn't have tried teleporting in the human realm! I'm so dumb, everything's different here, I'm probably stuck in Limbo now.

Oh, wait. I'm just looking at a black pillar.

I look past the pillar, seeing Dipper and Mabel trapped in a glowing blue pyramid prison. Definitely Bill's work.

Speaking of Bill...that's him.
He's got two old guys (I know one of them is called Stanley) tied up.

"Last chance! Tell me how to take Weirdmaggedon global and I'll spare the kids!"
Oh my God. I can see why Queen Serena was worried. I've never seen this side of him before.

Dipper sticks his arm out of the prison.
"No! Don't do it!"
Mabel, who I have since learned is a girl, shouts "Yeah! Don't make bad deals!"

Bill starts to turn towards them, but stops, as though he's heard something.

Or sensed something.

He instead turns in the other direction, looking straight at the pillar I'm hidden behind.

He can sense me. I'm in trouble now.
Sure enough, he floats closer to the pillar, and I feel myself levitating above the ground, paralyzed.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't my dear sister."
