Estonia laid in his bed, the blanket pulled over his head.
The boy, of course, had an extreme fever. Next to his bed, on a chair, sat Finland. He'd been taking care of him since yesterday since that's actually when Estonia got the fever.

"You really don't have to do this, Fin," Estonia said and smiled weakly.
"Of course I do! You're really sick, why wouldn't I?" Finland said, chuckling a bit.
This made Estonia smile a bit and basically led to him planting a small peck on Finland's cheek.
The Finnish male blushed a vibrant red but shook his head a bit. He smiled a closed-eyes smile and gave Estonia a peck on the lips.
Estonia blushed a bit and pulled Finland into a hug.
Finland smiled, hugging him back.
"I love youuu." Estonia said in a childish tone, earning a chuckle from Finland.
"Love you too."

And they basically cuddled the whole day.
