Being Different

Chapter one

Hi my name is Andrea I'm a hybrid half vampire, half witch . It all started when my mom met my dad and they had me, well they had my older sister Jasmine first. My dad is a vampire and my mom is the witch. It's hard to contain two sides which I got automatically at birth being a hybrid makes one side more dominant than the other so my vampire side is more dominant than the witch side. Same with my sister except her witch side is more dominant. I'm your typical teenager except I don't really talk to humans I stay by myself which is hard when I have to attend an all human highschool. I mean it's not that bad since I'm technically not a full vampire until I'm eighteen which will be in a few months so I'm stuck with theses shitty high schoolers, no offense.
I'm a senior which means that this is my last year so I'll just make the best of it. The best of what I can.
"Andrea honey " I heard my dad's voice call me.
"Yes daddy " I answered "Family meeting in the living room " he replied "OK dad I'll be right down" I hoped out if bed and ran down the stairs using my vampire speed. One perk of being a vampire is super speed cool right. " OK y'all I'm here " I said after appearing in the living room. " So I have good news and bad news what do y'all want first " my dad ask " Bad news obviously who asks for the good news first. " I blurted out. " Ok so bad news is honey you'll be changing schools " he turned to me and said. " wait what why? "
" Well that's where the good news come in good news is I got a promotion to work at the industry in America. We already have a furnished house and we'll move friday before school opens on Monday to register you ok pumpkin. " he explain
"Well I mean how bad can it be ok I guess it's ok and you have a job to do. " I said trying to not be a big bitch I mean I'll have to stay back a year but__ wait a year no. " DAD! I can't stay back for a year! " I shouted. " Calm down pumpkin you won't you'll go back in the same grade I mean you're one smart girl " he said kissing the top of my head. " Ok dad so I'm going to pack my necessary stuff to go. " I said going back up the stairs . This won't be too hard I thought I just need my brushes shampoo and conditioner and other necessities to go. Moving around the room with my supernatural speed I was sure to be done in no time. Mid pack I heard a knock at the door. " Hey Andi can I come in? " Jasmine's voice said. " Sure" I replied. She walked in a took a seat on my bed. " How are you? " she asked . " Who me , I'm fine. you? " I replied still moving about swiftly. " Look Andi could we talk? " she asked " Well we are taking now so just say what's on your mind " I said packing the last box. " Look OK I know this will be hard in you moving from your friends and all_" " Friends , funny. I don't have friends at that school I just go to get my education then leave when it's time to, those kids disgusts me. Especially Veronica Steinfield that bitch is the worst always calling me names one day I would just rip her throat out " I said cutting off her statement. " Oh well then you're ok with us moving? " she asked " Yea it's not like I'll have to repeat so I'll be fine. Are you finish packing? I asked . " I'm a witch Andi. " she laughed before exiting my room.
Shaking my head I stripped off my clothes and went to take a shower. Sitting on the edge of the bathtub I turn on the tap waiting for it to full I throw in my bath bombs and lavender body wash. After it was filled I slip down in the tub feeling the warm water loosen up my tense muscles. I closed my eyes and relaxed. When I started to get wrinkled I got out the water wrapping my fluffy purple towel around me. I changed it a camouflage one piece and but my hair up in a wet messy bun. I logged in in my computer and went on IG to see what was happening. I mean I may not be human but I still have a life. I scrolled through and saw that Jackson posted a video with him sucking faces with Veronica. I wanna vomit. Barf. She is a typical slut. I mean she has a new ' boyfriend ' every other day. I must admit she is pretty and sexy but I'll never say that to her face because she is my number one enemy. Scrolling down some more I saw some other interesting things but now I'll just log off. Tomorrow is Friday and the day when I'll be moving. It's now night time so I'll get some rest. I hope my new school will be a little better than Merevally High.
