( ✘ ) Luna never really knows how to cope with her mother's death . Since she passed when she was only five years old , it was just so weird for her. Everyone in her family had cried for her all except herself . No one really knew if she was just holding in her feelings , or there was just something wrong with her. It doesn't mean she's not sad though , showing vulnerablity in any way was hard for her , but she does visit her mother's grave pretty often , one of these days she just may be able to mourn the way she really needs to.

( ✘ ) Her father , Liam , began training her when she was seven years old . Seeing how small and helpless she was at that time , he simply didn't want to see anything happen to her , then again he was going through some problems of his own. It eventually payed off though since she became a shield agent.  Becoming an agent is Luna's way of reinventing herself to become a better person and to make up for all the things that she's done in the past.

( ✘ ) Her relationship with her family is a bit complicated, she only talks to two of her brothers , Kevin and Robert . the other ones she doesn't chat with as much . As with her father , she has always been there for him. He became addicted to drugs and alcohol when she was around ten years-old , it seemed that the loss of their mom took a toll on him . That was when he basically began blaming Luna for literally everything. It annoyed her. That's what caused their relationship to fall apart and now she chooses not to talk to him anymore. 

( ✘ ) Many people don't understand why Luna acts carelessly and times and even reckless at that . It was due to her practically having her childhood taken away from her. Her dad was constantly putting her in things she didn't necessarily have an interest in , along with her joining several different school clubs and music classes. A few years after that , she became rebellious , the stress was just too much on her . Luna was nothing but a teenager at the time, her bullies only made it worse . Rumors of her being on drugs like her dad spread around , which wasn't true at all . She just tended to get angry easily. Eventually she got kicked out of school when she was seventeen after getting into a deadly fight with another girl. From that point on , she just let herself lose and did whatever she wanted.

( ✘ ) Luna developed a heavy drinking habit not too long after her eighteenth birthday. She felt it was the only way she could get rid of all the pain she was feeling . though it didn't make her any better than her father , Luna always thought it was the only thing that could help her at this point . She's trying her best now to stay sober , but doesn't hesitate to give in to drinking her feelings away again.

( ✘ ) Luna's aunt Demetria has always been like a mom to her, Before and After her mother died . She always enjoyed staying with her when she was younger. When she had problems of any sort , she always went to her to talk . Her aunt was a therapist as well so , it worked out pretty well. After moving out of her dad's house she moved in with her for a few months since it was the only way she could get some peace and quiet . Plus she's the only one in her family who knows she's a shield agent.

(  that's all I've got right now . I live for angst so , most of these are pretty angsty . )
