Chapter Four: I Don't Like That Nigga

It was Wednesday at school and the week seemed to go by slower and slower each day. As Therana and Melany arrived at school and went to their lockers Therana noticed Maria wasn't at school which she was usually always the first one. "Where Maria at?" Therana asked "Oh Mar? She's library assistant the library is having some thing going on with the book fair." Melany said getting her books from her locker. Therana nodded, then Brendin came over next to Melany and spoke "hey" he said smiling. Melany was startled at first then she saw Brendin and his sexy smile he was really close to Melany so Melany began to freak out. "O-oh um hi Brendin!" She said with her voice trailing off "hey! Oh and hey sharkeisha !" Brendin said with a grin "nigga I have a name!" Therana replied looking at Brendin sternly. "So how about we go to the movies or something later....after school?" Brendin asked Melany. "Wow...classic" Therana said sarcastically under her breath. Melany heard her and rolled her eyes "sure that should be fun! But not after school maybe later so I'll text you?" Melany said blushing a little Brendin nodded and smiled. Melany smiled back,then Brendin walked off. "He's so perfect" "I don't like him..." Therana said "and I mean like why would he invite you out of no where to a movie?" Therana asked "well yesterday he did give me his number remember...so we were texting all night" Melany said blushing. "He's a damn creep.." Melany sighed and frowned "Therana...your hopeless." After school Therana went over Melany's house. Since it was a weekday her parents were at work and her sister Emely was at her friend's house, her baby brother Michael was with Melany's grandma, and her other brother Richie had after school detention. "Ughh....what am I gonna wear!" Melany said. Therana joined Melany In looking in her closet, "Is it a date or something?" Therana asked seeming not to care. "Um I don't think so...but even if it isn't I want to look my best! Hmm..maybe some jeans?" Melany said. "Hmm lets see it's still summer how about shorts and a shirt! TEDAHH!" Therana said Melany looked at Therana blankly but agreed. Melany wore brown sandals, white shorts, pink hollister shirt, and a brown shoulder purse with little silver hearts on it she wore her hair in a pony tail. "Do you think this is okay?... I mean I don't want to go to casual." "Yeah it's fine" Therana said not even looking up. Melany sighed. "I think I'm ready! I'm going to text him!" What seemed like forever he finally replied "I'm here". Melany looked in the mirror one last time. "Okay I'll see you later T!" Melany said waving bye to Therana "I'm going to my other nigga house David" when Melany and Therana stepped outside they were amazed by the car it was a black rolls Royce. "He driving round in good wheels! Anyways see you later!" Therana said Melany as she got in the car Melany waved. As Brendin drove off,Therana sighed and drove her car to her friend's house, David. Little did she know she was being watched...
