A Day Like No Other

(This is an all Bakugo POV. This scene in the story happens right after Bakugo had an encounter with a villain, and he can't drive home since his car was damaged in the process. So then a little something happens along his way home~ *and no none of this takes place in the actual anime nor manga just fwi.)

Bakugo was walking home after a villain attack. He'd been in a serious fight this time, but as always, never took much damage, and he'd won the fight.

He walked passed a few stores, and passing cars. He had forgotten to bring a hoodie or anything more suitable for the current weather. He wasn't prepared for the pouring rain, that suddenly came upon the skies, during his battle. He'd been thinking about this guy he met at high school ever since the day he met him. It'd been six months since they became friends, and four months since they began hanging out and doing things that brought them closer.

He wanted to confess to the guy but was nervous and afraid if he'd be rejected. Although he tires his best tool push those thoughts away and focus on his goal into wining the boy's heart. He'd been walking for a while now, until he spots a familiar boy from the distance, wearing a white button-up shirt, black leggings, and messy red hair. His eyes widen in shock when he realized who it was. It was none other than his crush, Eijiro Kirishima.

•Bakugo's POV•

My eyes widen with shock as I realised it was Kirishima who was only a few feet away from me. I stood there motionless as he saw me too. Then without hesitation, we ran towards each other, arms wide open. I wrap my arms around his body, as he does the same for me. Holding each other tightly.

"What in the world are you doing out here shitty hair!?" I say sming, but had total concern in my voice. "I-I wanted to see you because I had something important I wanted to say.!" He replies. He pulls away and looks me in the eyes. I always loved how his eyes sparkle when light reflects off of them. It made them look so beautful. It was almost mesmerizing.

"Bakugo, I wanted to say this now since I probably shouldn't wait any longer. We've been best friends for half a year, and we've been pretty close compared to the other students. During those moments we spent together, I've noticed that I had been growing these weird feelings inside me that I couldn't make out at first.." I smile, knowing what he was already gonna say. Not gonna lie, but I felt the exact same way. "When I realized what it was, I was confused but not surprised. I'm sure you might not feel the same way but, Bakugo..I-" I cut him off with a kiss.

I grip onto his waists as I pull him closer in my grasp. Kiss in him deeply. The rain still pouring down on us as we kissed. The rain had kind if soaked his entire shirt, causing it to become semi see-through. I could make out all the fine details of his abs and other muscles on his body as I would glance down. It was kinda hot. I pull away as we stare into each other's eyes. "I love you too Ei~" He smiled so cutely, as we lean in for another.

Moments later, I could feel his body start to shiver. "Okay, I think we've been out here long enough. You're shivering now, so I'm gonna take you home with me so we can get you all dried up, warm and cozy." He nods as I scoop him up in my arms, hearing a cute little 'squeek' escape him mouth. I sprinted in the direction of my house, so I could get my new lover to a dry and safe place.

Once we made it to my place, I set him down on the couch, and went to get some towels and some blankets. His body was shivering a whole bunch, so I tried my best to dry him up. "Here, hold this closed" I wrap a fuzzy blanket around his body, as I got up to get some heating towels. I found some in the cabinets, placed one in the microwave, then took it out and pressed it against Kiri's forhead.

I sat down behind him, lifted him on my lap, and leaned him backwards against my chest. Wrapping one arm around his waist, and the other holding onto the towel. His body started to slowly warm up, and he stopped shivering. "You all nice and warm now?" He nods and smiles. "T-Thanks Bakugo.." He blushes. "Call me Katsuki form now on, kay?" He looks at me in surprise. It was cute. "O-Okay! You can call me Eijiro then too!" I kiss him again and we both sat there cuddling at this point, on the couch.

Seems to me that we are a thing now. Good. I want to protect him, love him, and be there for him whenever he needs me. I want to be the best boyfriend he's ever had. I'd probably be the only one but oh well. I was gonna be anyway. Maybe even more than just that in the future. We'd get married and maybe have kids, and have a great, happy family together. Yeah, that sounds nice.

I find myself back out of thought, and notice Ei was ready asleep. He leaned his head back, onto my shoulder but I thought I'd be uncomfortable for him so I laid back, with him on my chest. I pull another blanket from the couch, and drape it over us. I smile just seeing his cute, sleepy face. I was damn lucky to have someone as special as him as my own.
