Y/N wakes up and exits the tent he was put in after hearing commotion.

Y/N: What's all this commotion about?

Gran-Gran: Oh I just told your friend here that airbenders haven't been in a hundred years, we thought they went extinct, who are you young man?

Y/N: *bows* Y/N Hyuga-Uchiha, *stops bowing* the last Hyuga-Uchiha, pleasure to make your acquaintances.

In just a short bit Y/N watches in amusement at everyone's reactions to Aang flying.

Gran-Gran: What are you able to do young man?

Y/N: *pulls out a kunai* See this kunai? I'm going to throw it over there *points at Sokka's destroyed watchtower* and end up next to where it lands.

Y/N throws it and as it lands he uses flying raijin and appears next to Sokka.

Y/N: *to Sokka* Hey, would you like some help?

Sokka: When did you get here?!

Y/N: A few seconds ago, but seriously, would you like some help?

Sokka: Please.

*slight timeskip*

Y/N: Sokka, perhaps it would be best if we demonstrated fighting styles in a mock battle, do you have training swords, or even a training spear?

Sokka: Yes, we do, I'll go get them.

Sokka soon returns with a training spear and a training sword.

Y/N: *taking a stance with the spear* Ready when you are.

Sokka takes a slash to Y/N's left which is easily blocked, next Y/N puts his spear on the ground and spins on it, kicking Sokka and soon has him on the ground.

Y/N: If this was a real spear, you likely would've been dead, as you all saw, Sokka was trying to overwhelm me with power but I overwhelmed him with my quick and accurate movements, both styles have their pros and cons, quick and accurate is well, quick and accurate, but it lacks the same type of power, overwhelming your foes with strength allows you to potentially defeat them quicker at the cost of being slower and easier to hit. Y/N: Mix them together, quick, accurate and powerful strikes is an excellent approach, even something as simple as a wooden spear or sword could be deadly with enough speed, power, and accuracy.

Suddenly a flare goes off.

Y/N: *throws a kunai that lands in front of his tent* I'll be right back. *teleports to Aang*

Aang: Geez! Y/N, you scared me!

Y/N: Sorry, but was it you guys who set off that flare?

Aang: The ship was booby-trapped it wasn't our fault.

Y/N: Regardless, I doubt the elders will take kindly to this, I'm heading back, you guys wanna take the quick way?

Aang: Sure. Just grab onto his shoulder and we'll be sent wherever one of his marks are.

They grab onto his shoulder and when they regain their bearings the whole village is gathered near where the kunai is.

Matatabi: Unfortunate, the children are excited while the adults are angry.

Y/N: And to make matters worse, I can't even defend Aang that well because I wasn't there.

Matatabi: Knowing children, I'm surprised that the flare hasn't gone off before.
