These eyes can do anything all other eyes can do at the cost of being unable to be turned off, only a Hyuga-Uchiha can ever gain these eyes and only do so once they meet their soulmate or all soulmates and suffer at least one of each of the following, a truly near death experience and a traumatizing event before they meet their soulmate or soulmates and gaining the EMBTS.
