The Arrival

Third Person POV

It was Monday and the atmosphere was tense. Jackson had a hard time to send Jungkook to school, the younger cried a lot over not being able to stay with Taehyung and Jimin would not budge so he had to go alone. Taehyung was nervous as they told him that his father might come to meet him. He barely touched his breakfast and seeing Jungkook cry, he joined in and soon Jimin joined too. Elders had a hard time controlling them. Alpha Hyungsik had made sure of Hoseok's security as Yumi did the same. She had talked to Taehyung about outcomes of this meeting, including that he might have to stay with his father and it broke her heart. If something was to happen, she could not give Taehyung priority as her kingdom people relied on her and Taehyung understood that very well. He was strong but she was a mother afterall. How could her heart not ache knowing that her kid has to go through so much. She was never there for him and can't even give him her name and she might never be able too. He was born by fate to be only of his kind, the only memory she had been able to conceal from him. She did not knew he could see her memories but he was not able to see her mind when it was linked to her dragon and thats how all he knew was partial. A witch or wizard had to become one with their dragon, make dragon's tongue their own, rider has to make ride's mind one with their own, one sight, one perception their souls are what linked to each other.

Dragon riders were the witches and wizards that were born with a mark that meant they will find their other half and that is only when they will complete their purpose. Their lives were linked to the dragon's. But Dragons were feared, they were called devil's children and were despised by everyone. Not until Scathé had its first Rider King that perspective changed and riders were worshipped and witch and wizards ruled Scathé and all the magical beings. But werewolves and vampires joined forces and fought Dragon riders and witch and wizards and went to settle their own land. Ever since Scathé hd been ruled by Witches and Wizards only, they never progressed or let human sciences enter their world as they saw it as an insult to their unruly nature and unworldly dark capabilities. Hence, if one was to enter Scathé they would find themeselves in entire different world, it was the world they read in old novels and it was totally closed off for humans. Mere humans were treated as slaves and sacrifices and werewolves took it upon themselves to protect them. And war raged as Jung family of Dragon riders, joined forces with other creatures and overthrew then ruling King. Wizards worshipped moon along with werewolves and Moon goddess and she blessed true breeds power to fight Dragon's and magical powers, that is how High Wolves came to existence as they were mightiest of all blessed breeds besides drangons. Jung family became rulers of Scathé and over centuries made many improvements not as modern as other landings but Scathé was not ancient anymore. Art and creation was heavily appreciated by royals and tgey motivated many for further. But then one da0y a rare werewolf species was rumoured. A male omega wolf. They were not known of before but after the boons from moon goddess over werewolves which nobody but few knew of how they achieved it, the species had been rumoured. Afterall magic of such dark sort was devil's possession.There were many rumours around male omega's resulting in power hungry wizards and werewolf rogues, there was a war a huge one, many suffered at the hands of mighty magical werewolves who called themselves High Wolves and the blood was passed down to only few. They killed ruthlessly and slaughtered any who who tried to jab their greedy teeths at wolves, but that infuriated wizards as many suffered at the others hand. The old enemity was born, once again. The war enraged for years and wolves succesfully banished wizards to the land of Scathé. But the young prince of current ruler, Jung Yuan, Jung Young hwa snatched his father's throne and mercilessly killed half wolves and half wizards, hybrids between a wolf and a wizard or witch. Ten years ago, when his father started to make move against wolves he was driven by lust for power, there were many rumours about his cruelity which were proven right after what he did to his family. A male omega was powerful and yet fragile. They could withhold greatest power and can even yield such and they were passed down to its offspring, they can breed and as absurd as that sounded at the time when first of such kind was found, wolves as well as wizards went crazy and what was more that, he was a hybrid and so was killed by rogue wolves, the ones without pack. But then leaders all over made even strict laws but as the new rebel Prince of Scathé took over, the rules were broken and war was once again at rage. But he did not hunt for wolves or male omegas, he went for powers of Devils. But he had not yielded the power he desired yet and if he did, their would be no one to stop him.
