Next day on my way to a job interview, walking on the footpath I think to myself, "Should I give up on this dating stuff and just enjoy being single and maybe hit some Bar on the way home, after the interview or maybe just go home and watch 'YOU' on Netflix or watch 'Your Lie In April'? I've heard both of them are amazing shows so maybe I'll check them out?"

Just then my phone vibrates, I check it to see it's a text from Her, the one who stood me up five times, "Should I even reply? Should I seen zone? Or just ignore?" and I ended up opening it.

The message reads, "I'm sorry, was caught up in work. My boss didn't let me off early so I couldn't come to see you, I know you must be thinking, this is all fake but I feel you making a mistake while noting down a plumber's number and that mistaken number being mine is destiny's way of bringing us together and I assure you if you give me another chance I'll not let you down!"

I think to myself, "No girl sends such long texts and apologizes so well, this must me a guy playing me!" , "But what about our old chats, she seemed like a really nice and caring, feminine person!"

"Only way to find out is by meeting, I guess, and I'm only giving her (or possibly a he) a last chance out of curiosity!"

I text her back, "One last chance, don't blow it, Krispy Kreme tonight @9PM!"

I get an instant reply from Her, "Got it, Thank you!" with a blushing emoji and a smiling emoji.

I think to myself "Only guys reply this quick, no girl replies this quickly or atleast that's what the Instagram posts state!", "Guess I'm in for a surprise tonight and not the good kind!"
