jimin - when he ignores you

y/n's pov (at home)

it's been a few weeks since me and jimin have spoken. every time id try to talk to him, he would totally ignore me.

i've tried numerous times to ask what his problem was but he would brush me off. i started to get upset. he really doesn't love me anymore, i just know it. i took a deep breath.

"okay just shut up y/n." the sound of the front door hitting the wall tore me out of my thoughts. jimin had an angry expression planted on his face. "hey ba-" "i'm tired, goodnight"

he cut me off while he walked to our shared bedroom. i really need to talk to him. having the thought of going up to him and confronting him made my stomach turn.
i'm scared to talk to my own boyfriend. that's just sad.

the thing that scared me the most is the possibility that he would break off our relationship. i wanted to do it first.

i built up courage and i got up off of the couch, making my way to our bedroom.

as i was walking my mind started wondering about the outcome of my confrontation. what if he's really cheating? he has to be cheating.

he's been hanging out with that yoo-ri bitch. she was a new staff member at bighit and jimin had grown a liking towards her, so i had my theories. i made it to the door. at first i was hesitant to open it but without thinking, i busted in.

jimin looked at me with a confused but angry look. "y/n please leave. you know i'm tired." he stared at me with his emotionless eyes.

"jimin, i honestly don't give a fuck if you're tired or not. i'm sick and tired of your shit. you come home late everyday and you walk past me like i'm nothing of your concern. i'm your fucking girlfriend jimin. and i know you're with that yoo-ri bitch."

jimins eyes went wide. "y/n i-" i cut him off "no no no jimin, i don't want to hear your excuses. i'm done, we're done."

jimin's pov (his studio)
"done and done" i had a huge grin on my face. i had finally finished my new song. it was dedicated to y/n. i came home late everyday because i wanted to work on it. i felt very proud of my work. "she's going to love it"

i mumbled to myself with a lovesick grin on my face. i turned my head to peek at the clock. "shit. it's 1:34 AM"

i knew y/n was getting fed up with me coming home late. i would always tell her that i was tired and i'd head straight to bed. i was a really bad liar so if i spoke to y/n, the secret wouldn't really stay in and id slip up.

after packing all of my things i ran out of the building. "HYUNG" jungkook called out, running after me. "I DONT HAVE TIME KOOK" i yelled while running. i busted through the front doors while searching through the parking-lot for my car.

TIMESKIP

i had unlocked the door and made it into our house. i was way too excited to show y/n the song but i couldn't show it. y/n tried to talk to me but i brushed her off with the "i'm tired" excuse.

after i said that she looked like she would snap my neck. i fastened my pace just to get to my bedroom before i would literally get killed.

when i closed the bedroom door, i ran and jumped onto our bed. i immediately pulled my phone out and i started scrolling on instagram. maybe a few minutes afterwards, i heard stomps from the living room. they were slowly getting closer. "oh god, it's y/n." i croaked out in fear

PRESENT TIME

y/n's pov

my face felt so hot. i tried not to cry, i didn't want to look weak in front of jimin. "i hope you have fun with your yoo-ri."
i smiled softly. "y/n pleas-" "park, i said i don't want to hear your explanation." i said coldly. "i'll pick up my things sooner or later."

"f-fuck fuck fuck" i sobbed into my hands. "i shouldn't have ignored her." i started to sob even louder. i took my shaky hands and i picked up my phone. i dialed jungkooks number and i put the phone up to my ear. "k-kook"

i could barely form a sentence. "did she break up with you?" jungkook asked. "yea" i said in a shaky voice. "i was calling for you earlier because y/n told me that she was going to break up with you. i wanted to warn you but you told me that you didn't have time. i'm so so sorry" jungkook spoke in a worried tone. "it's okay kook, not every relationship has a happy ending."
