Ok, So...I was talking to a good friend of mine: devilsmidnights and it was brought to my attention that there is a lot of hating and racist messages and stereotyping going around and I just think that's fucked up. And anyone who wants to dis this or get angry, go ahead. I don't give two flying fucks.

I am a black person myself, and to hear that my black brothers and sisters and just friends and children are being racially and sexually profiled and talked about and stereotyped, when is it going to stop? I, for one, come on wattpad as a escape from reality because it's someplace where I have other friends and family that I love(though i have rl family and friends but i love you guys too). But now, wattpad is beginning to become toxic and cruel and racial and popularity contests and all these unnecessary lables that weren't happening years ago.

I've been on here since September of 2016 and I have seen timings change A lot, people change a lot. I was very very depressed when I first came on here and many people have saved me from multiple attempts suicide and during my time of self harm(not saying this for self pity), but that was when people actually cared about each other and there wasn't so much toxic energy and comments going around. Now, people are being so rude and telling people to kill themselves and using wattpad as a bullying playground. Now, I'm not a perfect person or an angel. I'm not pretending to be, i have hella flaws, but I don't go and shit on other people for being black or Hispanic or italian or english or any type of race or sexuality.

People can't help how they are born. They can't help their skin color, they can't help their familes, they can't help who they crush on or who they want to love, they can't help their voices and their disabilities, they can't help who they are. You can't tell people that they are ugly when they are beautiful, you can't tell people that they are gullible when they are smart, you can't tell people that they are sad when they are excited, and you can't judge people without looking in your own goddamned mirror.

The fact that we are trying to put other people down because we are down is selfish. America was a free country for blacks and people to start their life fresh and anew, help them find what they wanted to do with themselves as someone, something other than slaves, other than trash, other than degraded like people try to make them feel like they are. It's wrong, it's disgusting, it's shameful, and it needs to stop. Some people try to ignore it, some try to do something about it, while others decide to join them and make the situation a worse pandemic than the one we are in now.

If you are black, embrace it. If you have scars, flaunt them, if you are albino, shout it out, if you have mental issues, tell someone to fuck off, if you know you are beautiful then tell someone else that they are too, if you want friends and need people to talk to, reach out to those you know and love and know who are in your corner.
