Chapter 1

Windsor Castle

24 June 2017,

8 am

Alice was in the kitchen. She loved cooking since she was a child. They had this crazy routine where she would make breakfast every free day. She was so lost in her cooking that she didn't notice Alexander till he wrapped his arms around her waist from behind.

"Good morning" he said while nuzzling in her neck.

"Good morning. You are up early today, something important." She asked as she felt him giving her light kiss on the neck.

"No, just going to talk with Will and Harry before the meeting with Granny." He said while she tilted her head to give him more access.

"I didn't knew Harry was going to the meeting." She said as she moved aside to place to place the breakfast on the table.

"No he is not. He just wanted to talk to us about something. I don't know what he wants to talk about, but whatever it is it sounded serious." He said while sighing

"Hmm..." She said.

As they both leaned down to kiss they heard

"hmmm....sh...." coming from beneath the dinning table. They immediately moved away.

Alexander walked around the table and pulled both Aidan and Amelia and started tickling them. Alice was watching this commotion with a smile on her face.

"Alex leave them, Ad is going to be late for school and you for the meeting." Alice said as she pulled Alexander away from kids and pushed him out of the dinning area.

"Mum, what are plans today?" Aidan asked Alice while helping his sister to sit in her seat as he sat in his. Alice noticed this small gesture her son made for his sister. She was proud as how mature Aidan was even when he was only nine.

"Nothing, I just have a lunch get together with your Aunt Kate and somebody is very eager to play with George and Char." Alice said as she served breakfast.

"Oh... what is it that you will be playing Lia." Aidan asked as he started eating.

Amelia huffed, she didn't like anyone poking around in her business as she likes to say. She ignored Aidan like she always did when he started irritating her. Alice was reading newspaper as this commotion was going on. When Alexander entered the dinning area later he was amused to see Aidan asking ridiculous questions to Amelia, Amelia ignoring or just glaring at him and his wife just sitting peacefully reading newspaper.

"Good Morning." He said as he sat down everybody greeted him back and Alice kept her newspaper aside.

"Pa, tell Ad that I will break his new video game if he keeps irritating me." Amelia complained.

"Mum tell Lia that if she comes anywhere near my new video game then I will break her precious Barbie dolls." Aidan said

This was an everyday scenario at the Windsor Castle. The staff is very used to this. New members on the staff were always surprised to see this.

"Ok, stop fighting." Alice said she knew there was no other way to make them stop. They were going about this for the last 15 to 20 minutes. She also saw the defeated look in Alexander's eyes as he tried to stop them.

"Marge can you please get Lia ready for the day, Alex take Ad to school and both of you say sorry to each other." Alice scolded

Marge is Aidan and Amelia's nanny. She started working for The Windsors in 2008, when Aidan was born. She is very close to The Windsors. She is very happy to work for them. She met many royals while working for The Windsors, none like them. Many royals were harsh towards people who work for them but not the Windsors.
