Laura Moriarty.
From her short, brown, wavy hair, her black eyes, to her black stiletto heels. Everything about her screamed 'evil'. Along with her brother, she was the only female 'consulting criminal' and together they dictate and help people by eliminating their problems. The bombing at the mall was no one person deal and Storm knew this already. She wanted Laura dead. Cold, frozen, dead. Laura was the assasian that killed almost all of Storm's family. Storm wanted Laura's blood on her hands. She needed it. She knew that with every second she was drawing closer and closer to finally getting her hands on Laura. No one knew of who or what Laura Moriarty was except for Storm, who she knew all too well. It was simple; Storm was sleeping and Laura had tried to kill her in her sleep. With Jim's consent. And also the fact that Laura had killed every single family member of Storm's. All of them except for Phil. That night, Sherlock and Storm were wide awake talking of the days events. "Laura Moriarty? He never mentions a sister" Sherlock said confused.
Storm sighed and she said "That's because he doesn't bring up family. He wants people to think he's a heartless man"
Sherlock shook his head in disbelief and he said "That's actually suprising"
Storm shrugged her shoulders and she said "It's the element of suprise with him"
Sherlock nodded his head and then Storm asked "So what do we do?"
Sherlock looked at his wife and he said "We do what we always do; confrontation"
"How? Darling Laura Moriarty doesn't handle confrontation. She's not like her brother she sends people to do the confrontation for her"
Sherlock smirked and then he stood up and went to the window and looked out. He saw the children out playing in the snow, the people caroling, then he looked up and saw the single star in the sky. He smiled and he said "Then let's wait for her to come to us"
Storm raised an eyebrow at her husband. She went over to him to see what he was smiling at, so she looked up and saw the single star in the sky. She smiled as well, then Sherlock wrapped his arms around his wife as they both looked out the window.________________________
Sherlock and Storm were sleeping in their bedroom when they were awakened by the sound of their five year old son running down the stairs and barging into their bedroom. He jumped on the bed and he started jumping up and down the bed as he said "Mommy! Daddy! It's Christmas! It's Christmas! It's Christmas! It's Christmas! It's Christmas! Santa came! He came he came he came!"
Sherlock sat up and caught his son in his arms. Then he held his son there as he lightly said "Scott, mommy needs her sleep. We don't want to hurt the baby do we?"
"Baby?!" Scott asked wide wide eyes.
Storm looked over at them and she sat up herself and she said "Yes baby, mommy has a baby in her" and as she said that, she placed her hand on her belly. Scott went over to her and he placed his hand on his mother's growing belly. "Mommy! I feel him!" Scott said.
Storm and Sherlock chuckled, then Sherlock said "Mommy's having a girl"
"You're having a little sister" Storm
Scott's face lit up and he said "Santa granted me my wish!"
Sherlock and Storm raised an eyebrow. "Wish?" Sherlock asked.
Scott looked up at his father and he said elated "I asked Santa to give me a sister and he granted me that wish. Daddy this must be that big suprise you told me about yesterday"
Storm looked up at her husband and gave him a smile. "Come on! Let's go!" Scott said then he ran down to the living room. Sherlock went to the door and held it for Storm as she walked up to the door. She looked at Sherlock and she gave him a sweet and soft kiss on the lips. When she pulled away, Sherlock smiled and gave her a weird look and he asked "Why did you do that?"
"Because you gave our son more hope" Storm said. Then she followed Scott to the tree. Sherlock followed close behind and then both him and Storm looked at the tree, where many and many presents were under the tree. "Whoa!" Scott exclaimed. Then he sat infront of the tree and just looked at the many many amounts of presents. Sherlock went over and sat down next to his son while Storm sat down in Sherlock's chair and watched as Scott opened his presents. Before he could open a present, John, Mary, and Adelae were walking up the stairs with John carrying a red sack of presents. "Uncle John!" Scott said. John smiled as he shouted "Merry Christmas!"
"Merry Christmas!" Everyone said. Then, John emptied the sack of presents that some were for Scott, some were for Adelae, and some were for Storm, Sherlock, and Mary. Under the Holmes' family tree there were presents for Scott, Adelae, Storm, Sherlock, John and Mary. "Oh this is a lovely tradition indeed" Mary said as she went and sat down on the couch.
"The Watsons and the Holmes families all under one roof for Christmas always a lovely thing to see" John said as he sat down with his legs criss crossed and he took Adelae and placed his daughter on his lap. Adelae, now 6, took a present and she said "Here Scott, it's for you"
Scott took it and he said "Thank you"
Storm smiled and she saw how the two grown men interacted with their children. "How did Sherlock handle the news?" Mary asked.
"We haven't talked about it, but when we told Scott Sherlock was elated and so was the little one. Sherlock said something to Scott about there being a big suprise from Santa and Scott said he was wishing for a sister"
"Aww" Mary said as she placed a hand on Storm's arm and smiled. "That's good they both need a good thing going on in their lives"
"And what of you?" Storm asked. "Is Adelae your only child?"
Mary smiled and she said "Yes I think both myself and John are very content with our little Adelae"
Storm smiled and she said "I don't know if Sherlock would just want only 2 kids"
"Knowing Sherlock he might want more than 10" Mary joked and then the women laughed. Sherlock looked over at his wife and he smiled at the sound of his wife's laughter. "So what then? How do you feel about Storm being pregnant again?" John asked as Adelae opened her presents. Sherlock looked at John and he said "It's a good thing. Scott needs a sibling to play with other than Adelae and apparently he asked Santa for a little sister"
"How many more kids would you and Storm have?" John asked.
"I want 2 but I think Storm wants 4" Sherlock said as Scott continued opening his presents. "Well if ever you two decide on a number of kids, let me know" John said.
"Storm has paternal twins on her side of the family so someday she'll end up pregnant with twins" Sherlock added.
John chuckled and he said "Oh lovely"
Sherlock chuckled and then Scott stood up and handed a present to his mother. "From me and daddy" Scott said.
Storm lightly took it and she kissed her son on the forehead and said "Thank you darling"
Scott went and sat back down on his father's lap. "Think she'll like it?" Scott whispered in his father's ear.
"Oh absolutely" Sherlock whispered in his son's ear. Then the Holmes' boys looked at Storm as she opened her present; a diamond necklace. Storm's jaw dropped in awe and she felt her eyes water up. She looked at Sherlock and Scott and she said "Thank you"
Sherlock stood up after Scott got off his lap and he went over to her and helped put the necklace on her. After he was done, he leaned in and they shared a kiss. Storm then whispered in her husband's ear "I'll have to repay you for that"
Sherlock smiled at his wife and then Scott said "Come on daddy!"
Sherlock looked at his son then he kissed his wife on the forehead and then he went back to his son and the two kids continued opening presents.______________________
"Storm knows I'm back?"
"I'm afraid so m'ame"
Laura Moriarty twirled her knife with her fingers and she said "Then let her come find me"
One of her henchmen raised an eyebrow and he said "What do you mean by that m'ame?"
Laura looked up at her henchmen and she said "I know little Stormie is very obsessed with finding me and killing me, so why don't we play a game with her?"
"With what?" Said the henchmen.
Laura stood up and she threw her knife behind her, nailing a picture dead in the middle. "Her family" Laura said. Then she turned around and saw that the picture of Sherlock Holmes was cut in the middle. She smirked and gave an evil chuckle. Then she walked past her henchmen as she said "Merry Christmas Sherlock and Storm Holmes"
