Dipper's POV
~~~~4 Years Earlier~~~~
As me and my sister Mabel board the bus that will take us to our last shared experience, 'Not that she knows that,' I take one last look at the "family" that unknowingly hid me for years. I can't say that I'll miss the two of them, after all I'm not their child. I do give them a parting "gift" though... losing all memory of my existence. I know what will happen in Gravity Falls, I know that I will not be coming back here. This is the best and only thing that I can "give" them before we part ways, a life without an impostor in it..., "COME ON BRO-BRO! WE'RE GOING TO MISS THE BUS!" Mabel yells to me.
I wave goodbye to Mabel's parents as I steal their memories, "I'm coming Mabel," I say as I run onto the bus. I run to make sure her parents don't see me, therefore they don't have any knowledge of me.
Walking onto the bus was surreal, for we were the only ones on the bus, 'This is a good time as any to start the Journal,' I think as I sit down in the back of the bus and open my Journal. Before I start writing I look up to see what Mabel is doing... and of course... she is talking, 'flirting' with the bus driver. That's good because then she can't bother me, so I can write this without her being nosy.
Entry 1
Today I am going to Gravity Falls with Stella's reincarnation, Mabel S. Pines. I've had to live with the Pines family for generations, ever since all of the demons were sealed in the mindscape by the angels. Obviously they didn't get me in time. Anyways... I should get back on the topic. Mabel and I are going to Gravity Falls this summer. Our "parents" say that its to break out of the norm, but for me it's both a blessing and a curse.
You see, Gravity Falls is where the angels forced and trapped all of the Earths magic. Meaning that any of the angels guarding the magic will be able to sense me. When they find me I will be tortured and most likely killed for evading them for so long. The good thing about all of this is that I'll finally be reunited with my love, Bill.
"GRAVITY FALLS! Last call, Gravity Falls!" the bus driver screams to literally, the. Only. Two. People. On. The. Bus!
I here Mabel shout, "WE'RE COMING!" as she rushes out of the bus. As I walk off the bus, I roll my eyes at her antics, 'I may not miss her parents, but I'm going to miss having her as a sister.'
