Chapter 3

Makona's POV

 I look at my sister, not believing a word she's saying, "Right, and I'm a cat. Stop creating fantasies and go back to living your little human life," I turn away from her, in favor of looking at the stars, "You know as well as I do that dad is a damn statue in the middle of the woods of that AXOLOTL forsaken town... Now if your done making your shitty fantasies. I'm out."

 I teleport away from her, heading towards the one place I know that she refuses to go, the castle.

 When I reach the castle, I look around at the surroundings of the castle... All of the nature is dead, the hearth has been extinguished, the sky is an empty black husk, and the aura of power is gone.

As I start to walk through the courtyard I see faded memory's of a happier time, a time when this world wasn't so dull. Walking up the steps feels... wrong... for instead of being welcomed with the usually inviting air. I'm greeted with an air of wrath, 'Most likely left by my dad.'

The inside of the castle isn't any better. Looking at the decaying entrance hall, makes me want to turn around and leave, 'I can't leave yet. I still want to stay here for a bit... Maybe they're still here?' instead of continuing to look at the crumbling castle. I decide to continue on, by looking at the ground instead.

 Navigating the empty halls was easy, 'nO iT wAsN't,' walking into the room that I had come to know as my parents was hard. For, the room was definitely the most destroyed part of the castle. The bed was ripped to shreds, the bookcase was toppled over, most of the pictures a torn to pieces, th-, 'Stop Makona. You'll only make being here even harder,' trying to not to continue to look at the mess. I finally reach my first destination.

Hazel's POV

~~~~Earlier that day~~~~

 Listening to my brother accuse me of creating shitty fantasies was hard enough, 'Ya cause my fantasies aren't shitty... they're AMAZING!' but watching him teleport to only AXOLOTL knows where. Isn't what I needed at the moment. In fact it isn't what dad needs either, 'That's right! I have to get back soon before Stella fully regains her memory's! Who knows what she might do when she remembers that she-breathe Hazel breathe. You're getting ahead of yourself. What you have to do now is find your brother.'

 I plop down on the floor of my father's realm. As I think about where Makona could have traveled to, I also look around the Astral Realm. Looking around at all of the dead stars gives me an idea to where he might be, "Of course! If Makona was in father's realm when I found him. Then that means he should be in dad's now!" I start to do a little dance, "Who's a genius? I'm a genius! Who's a genius? I'm a-," I stop dancing, "maybe I should go to dad's realm now."

 Knowing where he is I teleport to the Nightmare Realm. Looking around at my dad's realm I notice that something's off...
