The Rescue (Chapter 11)

Anywhere, I go I am unwanted. Being a human didn't do any good your father hated you. You let the Excalibur sword corrupt you and now being an angel no one wants you here either. You are about to loose your wings and they may not even grow back. Why isn't no one helping you? Why did Lord Michael have to leave? Did he leave on purpose? Would he do something like that to you?

"Leave him alone!" A voice yells.

In a flash you saw a long weapon come out and smack Nick right in the face. His friends Ralph and Jose was startle from the attack that came out of nowhere. You took your chance and elbow Jose in the face and push Ralph off of you. You saw Irina run up to you and stood in front of you.

"Well the one and only Irina has return." Nick snarls.

"You aren't laying a hand on him." Irina spoke back.

"What? We was just playing with him right boys? Nick asks.

"Yeah that's right." Ralph agrees.

"We wasn't doing anything." Jose added.

"Yeah, I doubt so you guys better leave right now." Irina shakes her head.

"I'm done anyways come on guys. (F/N) will get his time soon."

"Before of you any leave may, I asked what just happen?" Lord Michael appears in the hallway with a serious look on his face.

"We was just playing with the new guy Sir." Nick reply.

"Is that so? (F/N) are they telling the truth?" Lord Michael looks at you.

You were never the one to snitch on someone, because always that phrase snitches gets stitches or sometimes snitches wines up in ditches either saying basically means you're fucked. But should you really tell Lord Michael what they were about to do?

"They're lying Lord Michael! I saw the scene as I was coming back they was going to cut his wings off!" Irina screams.

"Now Irina, I wanna hear from (F/N). So is that true what Irina said did they harm you and tried to cut your wings off my dear boy?" Lord Michael said.

You look at Irina and she had a worried look on her face and it looks like she was about to cry. You didn't want that to see that happen at all. She has been there for you and you should be there for her when she needs you to tell the truth at this time.

"Yes Lord Michael. They weren't happy that, I became an angel." You said softly.

"Alright thanks for telling me. Nick, Ralph, Jose." Lord Michael looks at each of them.

"He's lying Lord Michael!" Nick snarls once again.

"Go to my office right now." Lord Michael said.

"What? This is bul.." Nick was cut off.

"I said go to my office right now!" Lord Michael yells.

This was the first time you ever heard Lord Michael since you been here even Irina face looks shocked like this was the first time, she has heard him yell like this. His voice sounded like thunder throughout the  heaven's building. Almost like the building shooked when he did shout.

"Yes Sir." Nick trembles and took off with his friends to the office.

"Irina please be a dear and keep an eye on (F/N). I will be back soon once more."

"Yes Lord Michael." Irina bows.

You watch as Lord Michael turns back around and was heading to his office to deal with Nick and his little friends. What does happen when an angel gets in trouble in heaven? You thought. You shook your head as Irina pushes you into your room and shuts the door.

"Welcome back Irina." You laugh.

"Huh? Oh thanks." She said sadly.

"Are you ok Irina?"

Before anything else was said Irina grapple you into a tight hug and started to cry. Dammit and you was hoping you wouldn't see or hear her cry at all. But that was out of your power in the long run anyways.

"No I'm not. How could I be? What I witnessed and what they were about to do to you? I was terrified and pissed off at the same time. Its why, I attacked Nick." Irina wimpers.

"At least you got here on time. Who ever heard of a flightless angel?" You laugh.

"How can you joke about this? You almost lost your wings." Irina punches you.

"I'm sorry. Just trying to make you smile."

Irina looks at you like you were stupid to the core and maybe you were, but at least she stopped crying which was a plus and at a moment you thought, she had a sly smile on her face for a few seconds before she went back to normal.

"So why did they attack you, (F/N)?" Irina asks.

"Like, I said when Lord Michael asked they didn't think I deserved to be an angel after what I did and where I came from." You sigh.

"Is that all?" Irina sat on your bed.

"No, Nick seems like he was jealous that you and I are so close and was childhood friends."

"I thought so."

"What do you mean Irina?" You sat on the bed with her.

"Before you got here. Nick kept asking me on dates and wanted to date me, but I just saw him as a friend and nothing else. He also tried to get his friends to pressure me into dating him. Saying, he was a good guy and all and I should be lucky enough that he wants me." Irina groans.

"So, I got attacked because of jealously? That is seriously messed up. Aren't they supposed to be angels?"

"You should know more than anyone (F/N). That not all angels are good well, I should say angels that became fallen angels for doing unspeakable things or trying to supruse power." Irina lays her head on your shoulder.

You put your arm around Irina and put your head on her head. Her hair smelled like strawberries and you couldn't help, but feel in love when she was this close to you and when she is far away you started to missed her instantly now. And she was right you dealt with fallen angels in your past and some of them were nasty in sight along with those devils.

"May, I come in?" There was a knock on the door that belonged to Lord Michael.

"Yes." You replied.

Lord Michael opens the door and looks at you with a grim look on his face. You always saw him with a happy smile, but this time it was gone and his eyes you could see they were depressed. Did something happen when he was speaking to Nick and the others while you were with Irina in your room?"

"Are you ok Lord Michael?" Irina stood up shockingly.

"It wasn't easy. Always hate when it comes to this." He sighs.

"What happen?" You ask.

"Nick, Ralph and Jose are no longer angels in our rank. I denounce them from our ranks. They are now consider fallen angels. I don't like doing this, but no harm should come to  you, (F/N) or any other angels under my command."

Irina was right on time and saved your ass once again. Well guess it was debt when you saved her from the attack from Bri. Its like you guys keep saving each other.

And now you find out Nick and his friends are fallen angels now? Was it really the right thing to do and tell Lord Michael what they tried to do to you?
