♠ Experience ♠ I've been on and off writing forums and sites of various sizes, genres and reasons for 10+ years now. I started with simple little message-esque roleplays, which turned into emails back and forth. A few purely writing sites have been scattered throughout my time writing, including NaNoWriMo, and I soon picked roleplay up as my main source of writing. When I found forum roleplay, I loved it and have stuck with it for the better part of my time online. I've been on sites that were specifically for a genre, like Disney, as well as more recently Marvel/DC/X-Men specific sites, and on a few sites with multi-genre, multi-fandom roleplays. And the rest, as they say, is history!
♠ Characters ♠ When I make a character, it's usually specifically for a roleplay unless I have another who I think would fit and I wouldn't mind playing again. That said, when I do make characters, I'm not too fussy. Male, female, alien, anthro, [insert other species], if I haven't done it before, well, there's a first time for everything! While I will play just about whatever role is needed or requested for a plot, I do have a preference for playing males and if given the chance will likely do so. I'm also not a big romance writer, though I'm usually willing to take a shot at it. I can and have written characters of many orientations before, and am able to write (and have written) MxM, MxF, FxF, and even asexual pairings.
♠ Genres ♠Off the top of my head, fantasy, fandom and historical fiction would be three of my favourite genres. Of course, I can and will write in a variety of others if the idea catches my attention (which really isn't hard). Pure romance/adult themes in that area are a no go. So in other words, I'm not too picky on what I write! If you're still unsure if I might be interested in an idea you have, ask me! It never hurts to ask and the worst I can say is no (but that doesn't mean we can't write together on something else!).
Of course I would be a fool to not mention superheroes. My one true love. I will write just about anything to do with Marvel, DC, or a completely unrelated idea that has something to do with heroes or villains.

♠ Roleplay Status ♠ Am I open to new roleplays? Good question. I don't think I'm ever not, but stories will always be taken on case by case. Sell me your idea! (I promise it usually doesn't take much for me to say yes!)
♠ Reply Length ♠ While I say I like to try and match what I've been given (give or take a few dozen words or so), that depends largely on what I'm given. 500 words of fluff and description may be great, but I can't do too much with it. That said, I do try to give a good paragraph or so based on what's going on, what I'm given, and how the story's going.
♠ Reply Speed ♠ If you're looking for someone who can post back that day, or even within a few days, you'll have to look elsewhere. I'm active on three roleplay sites currently, as well as a half dozen other things. I try to cycle through the sites, but sometimes time, muse, and my mental state can be finicky and things just don't happen. Feel free to reach out to me and ask if everything's alright, if I've forgotten (unlikely), or if I'm still interested. I promise I don't bite!
♠ Patience Levels ♠ Extreme! As I've said, posts can take a while to get done. I will never ever hold it against someone if a return post takes ages. I do appreciate being told though so I don't worry that you've lost interest or that I've done something wrong. All in all, never feel rushed to get a reply done for me!
♠ Teammates ♠ Patience is something highly sought after, especially in those I roleplay with; if you show patience with and between posts the same will be granted to you. I'm also a big fan of communication both in and outside of writing. Thoughts towards plots, stories, and ideas are all highly accepted and sought after! Feel free to contact me outside of roleplays too, I love chatting with my partners, even if it's just to talk about how lousy the weather is, or how much your neighbours annoy you!
