Are You Sure?

I reached home. The clock showed the time of 00:03. As I was about to sneak into my room, I saw my dad waiting for me in the living room. He seemed to be angry.

Dad : What time is it Aru? (my nickname). Don't you know the rules of this house?
Me : (was shocked because I never saw Dad reacting like this) Umm.... Sorry dad, this will never happen again.
Dad : (started laughing) wait beta! I was joking. Come here, I wanna know every detail of today's date.
Me : O god! You scared me papa.
(As I told him each and every detail, he was looking at me as if I broke a world record.)
Dad : Good beta, you should always stay with her. It will make her happy!

Then I went to sleep, but I was unable to. Sarah stole my heart. All I can see, feel or even think about, was her. Her nature, her smile and her personality. But still, I managed to get some sleep.
      The next day was as "as usual" routine.
I went to the class. Had fun with my friends. Sarah texted me during the lunch break.
"5pm?"
I replied, "I'll be there!"
Our lectures were done. I came back home! Had my lunch, and took some rest.
I got ready by 5pm and told my Dad that I'll be back by 9. He said, "Okay , but don't be late!" (laughs)
I went to her place. Rang the bell. She opened the gate. I was just staring at her. She was looking gorgeous in her Red saree. She made me sat on the couch.

Sarah : What would you have?
Me : Umm.... Just water!
Sarah : Okay (smiles).

She came back with a glass of water and some snacks. We were talking while having snacks!

Sarah : Ary, I wanna ask you something? (confused)
Me : Yeah, sure!
Sarah : Tell me honestly, What do you think of me?
Me : Wait... What do you mean?
Sarah : Come on, just tell me!
Me : Umm.... You're pretty, you are very good at teaching... I like you!
Sarah : I like you too Ary! (held my hand)

There was an awkward silence. A moment was created. Looking into her eyes, made me feel so lovely.
     Suddenly she leaned forward with her eyes closed (I guess she was expecting kiss). To be honest, I wasn't expecting that!
Me : Wait....You like me in that way?
Sarah : Yea, idk! For the past few days, I've been thinking about you, and you're a nice guy! I really like you!
Me : That's okay, but is it okay with you... With us?
Sarah : I don't have any issues. Wait... Don't you like me?
Me : I like you too! You're pretty, and an amazing person. But.... (nervous)
Sarah : I know it's too awkward for you.. But don't worry about anything. We'll manage!
(Holds my hand)
Me : Umm... Are you sure?
Sarah : Yes! (Leans ahead)

And we kissed (for the first time)! It continued for a couple of minutes. We both forgot everything else and were just into each other. I felt a storm of extreme emotions hitting me.
        I was not sure about our relationship,  but I knew one thing for sure.... These will be the best days of my life!
