62. Blue and black

Ava's POV

"Uncle Hawwy you look funny" Emily giggled smearing a clay face mask over Harry's face, her little fingers running up and down Harry's face lathering the mask over him. He scrunched his nose feeling the cold mask against his skin.

"I might look funny but mummy looks hilarious" Harry laughed looking over at Gemma who was wearing a sheet mask that was two times too big for her face.

"Shut it Hazza" she called out

"Ava is this really necessary?" Harry asked me frowning, I opened my mouth to respond but Emily cut me off

"Yes, uncle Hawwy you'll look pwetty afterwards!" She giggled as she finished applying the mask on him.

"Ah! I am pretty" Harry gasped making Emily laugh louder

I tied my hair up to ensure that the mask wouldn't get on my hair as Emily began to apply the same one on me. After that, I actually made Emily a little DIY face mask made of all natural ingredients since I didn't want it to harm her skin. We put the masks on and waited for our timers to ring, we listened to prince on the speakers of Harry's house dancing and singing around with one another.

After our masks were over, I sat Emily down and went to the kitchen grabbing a large bowl and filling it up with warm water, I put the bowl in front of her while she dunked her feet in, I began to scrub her little feet as she squirmed laughing at the tickling sensation of the scrub against her heels, after that she picked out a light pink nail polish which I applied on her toes, she was super excited because this was the first time that she was allowed to wear nail polish.

"Hold still Bambi" Harry was applying the same light pink nail polish to her fingers, I stared at him in absolute awe as he concentrated making sure not to muck up. He had his tongue sticking out ever so slightly as his eyebrows furrowed in concentration. "All done" he smiled at her giving her a peck on the cheek.

Myself and Gemma also painted our nails.

"Uncle Hawwy! You should paint them too!!" Emily jumped onto his lap

"Yeah bambi? You'd like that?" He asked she nodded.

"Alrighty baby I would like to get my nails done please" he smirked at me, I smirked back pulling his hands up to me.

He ended up picking a baby blue colour and a black one.

"They look pwetty! And I like you're wings!" Emily giggled playing with Harry's large rings.

We were now back in the fort searching for a new movie to watch, we were all snuggled up against each other.

"Mummy?" Emily looked up to Gemma who she was cuddled up against

"Yes, bug?" She asked kissing her softly against her forehead

"This is the best birthday ever" she let out a smile followed by a large yawn

"Hm? How come? We're sorry we couldn't take you to Peppa pig world" She looked at her with a hint of sadness in her eyes

"This is better than that" she yawned snuggling further into her mother's chest "I got to see aunty Ava! And we painted our nails look mumma they are so pretty!!" She twinkled her fingers infront of her mum "and ate cake and watched Bambi! This is the best birthday ever!!" She smiled softly, clearly tired. Despite how tired she looked, her eyes were sparkling with nothing but happiness.

I looked over at Gemma who mouthed a 'thank you' which I mouthed a 'no problem' back too. We were being quiet since Emily was falling asleep.

"You really are the best angel" Harry whispered into my ear

"I love you" I smiled at him

"And I am so in love with you" he smiled back.

A/N: alright this ones a bit of a filler chapter but I've sort of come up with an idea into the direction I want to take the story into. I'm thinking of possibly doing a sequel I don't really know we'll see how it goes!
