Chapter 4

We ended up spending the entire day on the beach recording and doing mini photoshoots, but most of all just hanging out with each other again finally. I forgot how much fun these boys could really be. All of the boys were in the sea and Addison and I were sat on the beach talking when I saw Jaden and Bryce making their way out of the water at an alarming pace, heading directly for us. "Addison, run!" "Why?" I pointed at the two boys and we got up as fast as we could and made a run for it, they chased us all over the beach until they finally caught up to us and tackled us. They threw us over their shoulders and ran back in the direction of the water. "PUT US DOWN YOU LITTLE SHITS!" "Okay" As they both responded with the most nonchalant answer ever I knew exactly what was coming next and braced myself. We hit the surface of the water with a crash and huge splashes came up and drenched the boys who were unfortunate enough to be nearby. I lifted my head out of the water gasping for air and Addison copied my actions shortly after. I was happy I'd decided to put my hair into a bun on the way down here cause long hair is a pain when it's wet. I wiped the water away from my eyes and stared directly at Jaden, "You're dead. I hope you know that, I will get you back for this."

As it started to get late we decided that it would be best to stay overnight in a beach house Jaden had close by. We packed our stuff into our bags and started to make our way down the long stretch of beach bare foot, I was walking with Josh and Bryce and Addison were walking together in the very back of the group which bought a sort of sick feeling to my stomach. I think Josh noticed something was wrong because they just put their arm around my shoulders and gave me sort of a side hug as we walked. It sounds weird but it did make me feel a little better. It didn't take long before we were at the beach house, Jaden unlocked the door and we went inside, we basically just dumped the bags by the door and went and sat on this big empty carpet area.

Josh's POV

I was walking down the beach with Brooklyn and something seemed off with her, they kept looking back at Addison and Bryce. I put my arm around their shoulders and hugged her from the side, I'd known her years and after a while you start to be able to tell when they want to talk about something and when she just needs to know someone's there for them. I'd noticed something was weird when they saw Addison first as well but I didn't want to bring it up in front of the guys. When we got to the beach house we all sat on this open carpet space and decided to play truth or dare for a YouTube video, we sat in a circle on the carpet and started recording.

"Truth or dare Bryce"

"Dare"

"Go skinny dipping in the sea"

Brooklyn screamed in disgust "aaaaaaaa, no one wants to see that!"

Anthony kept nudging Addison "Addison might." Addison shoved Anthony over "Will you shut the fuck up, you know I don't"

I glanced at Brooklyn and they seemed to look almost uncomfortable, they seemed off again. I was begin to wonder if her and Addison had had some sort of fall out but I wouldn't think they had, they spent the entire day together and Brooklyn usually made it known when they didn't want to be around someone. "Brooklyn turn around." Brooklyn closed her eyes and spun theirself around in the spot they were sat and Addison did the same. Bryce stripped down, opened the door and started screaming as they ran down the beach and into the sea, we followed him out, watching the best we could in the dark night. He came back out of the sea shivering and ran back into the beach house, he wrapped a towel around his waist to cover himself up and draped one over their shoulders to keep themself warm. "Okay you can turn back around." Brooklyn and Addison turned back around and we carried on with the game. 

It was Jadens' turn to ask and he asked Brooklyn, "truth or dare?"

"I know I'm going to regret this, but, dare"

Brooklyn's POV

"I know I'm going to regret this, but, dare"

Jaden had a smirk plastered on his face and that was never a good sign, "I dare you to do seven minutes in heaven with Anthony." I knew why he had chosen Anthony and I wanted to murder him for it. Anthony just rolled his eyes a little and got up to go to the cupboard Jaden had pointed to, I got up and followed xem in then Jaden locked the door behind us.

"So how was the club the other night?"

"I enjoyed it. Thanks for covering for me by the way, although I'm pretty sure everyone but Bryce worked out it wasn't a party at Avani's"

Anthony laughed, "as long as Bryce doesn't find out, aye?" I just laughed in response. We sat on the cupboard floor just talking until Jaden came and knocked on the door. "Is everyone descent?" "Yes Jaden, everyone is descent." He opened the door and we walked out and sat back down. We continued playing until around 11 at night when we decided to go and lie on the beach and stargaze. I went and lay next to Bryce, "Bryce?" "yeah" "If I was to be something outside of the 'traditional norms', shall we call it, would you accept me?" He turned to look at me, "the only bit of that question that I actually understood is; would you accept me? and the answer to that will always be yes, no matter what."He smiled at me and I smiled back, I wasn't ready to tell them but it was comforting to know that they'd accept me when I decided that I was ready. I rested my head on Bryce's chest and he put his arm around me as we looked back up at the stars. These were the moments I enjoyed most of all.
