Gabriel woke up to a Saturday morning not knowing what to do. He sat up from his bed and rubbed his eyes. ''Morning, Gab.'' his friend, Geo Amor Castillo, greeted. ''Good morning, Geo''. Both the boys went to the kitchen to get their breakfast. ''Do you have any plans today?'' asked Gabriel. ''Actually, yeah. I'm going on a date with my girlfriend today. She's bringing her friend and I was wondering if you wanted to come along.'' Gabriel was caught off guard at first. ''You already have a girlfriend? Wow. And how did you even got one? I doubt that you are likable.'' he chuckled as he said the words. ''Wha? Hey! Take that back.'' Geo yelled. There, their morning started with a small banter that subsided rather quickly. Their morning routine went smoothly as they got ready to go to the café. ''You ready to go, Geo?'' Gabriel asked ''Yeah, let's go.'' They got into Gabriel's Tesla and drove of to the café. 15 minutes passed and they have arrived. ''Hey, I'm glad you came!''. Geo's girlfriend, Aliyah Anderson, said as she waved at them. ''Of course, I wouldn't miss a date with my girlfriend.~'' Geo said as he winked at her. ''Anyways. Oh, hi Gabriel! It's been a long time, hasn't it?'' She said, completely ignoring Geo. ''It's nice to see you again too, Aliyah. It has been a long time. Weren't we in our 1st Grade when we met?'' asked Gabriel. Before Aliyah could speak, she was paused by a boy who came from behind her. ''Aliyah, I have returned and I have everything you have ordered.'' said the boy. ''Oh! Thanks, Lauren!'' Aliyah thanked him. They turned back to the two boys. ''So this is Lauren. Come on Lauren, why don't you say hi?'' She said as she turned to him and smiled. ''Hey. I'm Nico Lauren Zavier Collins, but do address me as Lauren.'' the boy said. ''And he's the president of Future Generation Academic High. He also already know who you two are.'' Aliyah beamed. ''No wonder you are familiar! Aren't you the one who helped me in the library?'' Geo asked. "Ah yes, you were that student that borrowed the book 'The Last Minute' by Jeff Abbott. And aren't you the representative of the school?" Lauren said while Gabriel nodded. Everyone was quite until Lauren spoke again. ''Shall we sit down?'' He said as he pulled back a chair to give either one of them a seat. Aliyah confidently took the seat and smiled. ''Why thank you, dear peasant.'' she said in a joking manner. ''And of course. You are welcome, your highness.'' Lauren said as he kneeled down to give a bow. He turn back to the other two and said, ''Shall I serve you with any food or beverage?''. ''I'll just have a Cappuccino and my friend will have bubble tea. ' Gabriel said. Lauren nodded and prepared the order. ''Hold on, is this his part time job?'' asked Geo. ''Yeah, it is. He'll be free after a couple minutes.'' Aliyah said as she motioned the boys to sit. Lauren later returned with the order but he isn't in his uniform. ''Here you go. This cost 20 pounds in total.'' he said as he gave the order to both Gabriel and Geo. Gabriel took out his wallet and gave Lauren 20 pounds. ''Thank you. I hope you enjoy your drinks.'' Lauren said with a sweet smile. ''Hey peasant, sit with us after you finish packing.'' Aliyah said with a stern voice. ''Yes your highness. ''Lauren said as he bowed and went back to the faculty room. '' Why are you treating him like that? Don't you think it's a bit cruel?'' Gabriel asked. ''He allowed me to and it's just a joke." she giggles. Gabriel shrugged and drank his Cappuccino. He hummed in satisfaction as he sipped more. 'Maybe I could ask Lauren how he brew this or better yet, ask him if he can make me some.' he thought to himself. He opened his eyes to see Lauren sitting across him. "Gabriel? Are you alright there? You've been starring at your Cappuccino. Is it bad? If it is maybe I could change it." He said. "No, it's not bad! I like it; love it actually. I was just wondering if I could maybe ask how you brew it." Gabriel said as he took another sip from the cup. "If you want I could bring you a cup at lunch; but you may have to bring back the metal bottle." Lauren said with a smile as he continued drawing on the paper. Gabriel took this opportunity to analyse the boy. Lauren was about 5'5 and he was very mature. He wore an eyepatch on his left eye and he was wearing a blue hoodie. He also had Raven-blue hair and baby blue eyes. Lauren felt as if someone was starring at him. He looked around and spotted Gabriel gazing at him. Their eyes locked for a moment before Lauren looked away in embarrassment. They have gone quiet for sometime before Aliyah spoke up. "Hey, Geo? Could we privately talk?" She asked. Geo of course nodded. "We'll be gone for a while so why don't you two get to know each other? Buh-bye!" Aliyah said as she pulled Geo's arm and led him outside of the café. There was a long pause before Lauren decided to speak up. "Gabriel-" "Just call me 'Gab'. That's what friends calls me." "Okay. So Gab, how was the coffee?" Lauren asked. "It was amazing for all honesty. Did you really mean it when you said that you would like to make some Cappuccino for me?" Gabriel said. "Of course, I am the president after all. And after the trouble those boys put you in, I think you deserve a break. The least I could do is at least give you something to relax your nerves." The Raven-blue haired boy said with a genuine smile. Gabriel thanked him and there was, yet again, another pause. "So Lauren, do you have any nick name I could maybe call you?" Gabriel asked. "Any nick names? Now that I think about it; back in the orphanage, my friends there called me 'Nic', 'Z.', or 'L.'. But aside from that, I don't really have any other nick names. You can address me in any of them." Lauren said. "Oh! Before I forget to ask you this, do you know who my tutor is? My mom said that I'll be having a tutor and the principal told me to ask you." Gabriel asked. "Ah, right. The principal told me that I would be tutoring you. I have seen your grades and they aren't that bad but some are failing marks. The principal decided on not removing you on your role because you've been doing a good job. And no one else in the school would be able to take your place. I doubt anyone could do the job any better than you." Lauren said. They've spent most of the day talking and getting to know each other. They eventually got each other's phone numbers. Five hours has passed but Aliyah and Geo has not yet came back. "Gab, do you not think that Geo and Aliyah has been out for too long?" Lauren asked. "Actually, yeah. It's been five hours already. Where did they run off to?" Gabriel said as he looked around. "I'll try contacting Aliyah. Do you mind if you can go out and search for them but do come back." Lauren suggested. Gabriel nodded and exited the café. He looked around to find his car had gone missing. 'Geo must of 'borrowed' it and took the extra keys hidden here.' He thought to himself. He went back in the café and sat back on the table. "Aliyah said that they had gone off shopping and would be home around 8 p.m.. It is currently 5:40 p.m. now." Lauren said as he pocketed his phone. "Oh, okay. Wait, now that I think of it. Do you mind if we stay at my place for now? I think it would be a nice place for you to tutor me and I don't have my car. Geo must of 'borrowed' it." Gabriel suggested. "That is alright with me. I will just text my dorm mates that I'll be gone for sometime." With that said, both boys went inside Lauren's car and they drove away to Gabriel's home.
