they ride a cab to the location jin asked them to meet at. jungkook can't help but twitch in excitement because he's always wanted his jin hyung to be the first to meet the girl of his dreams. sinb seems unbothered but she was really nervous. jungkook being her first boyfriend, this was the first time she's also being introduced as anyone's girlfriend.

jungkook keeps his hand in hers and notices sinb hasn't spoke a word since they entered the cab.

jjk : are you okay?

hsb : *dazed* what?

jjk : are you okay? you seem startled

hsb : oh.. uhm

jjk : *gives her a reassuring smile* it's okay. you can tell me anything

hsb : *sighs* i guess

jjk : *worried* are you not okay?

hsb : i'm just nervous

jjk : *kisses the back of her hand* jin hyung isn't scary. he acts like a 12-year-old

hsb : okay but what if..

jjk : *chuckles* he will like you

sinb can't help but smile in relief.

sinb is thankful that jungkook asked her to dress up because the whole restaurant needed a reservation before entering and there was even classical music playing in the background.

they walk around the restaurant, being ushered to jin's table. sinb seesbhim stand once he locks eyes with jungkook. he greeted him with a hug before jungkook pulls sinb's hand.

jjk : hyung! this is hwang sinb! my future wife! *giggles*

hsb : *lightly jabs him* hi! it's really nice to meet you *holds out her hand*

jin : *takes her hand with a smile* i'm so glad to be able to meet you. jungkookie has told me so much about you. i do hope you really get married

hsb : *blushes furiously* a-ah..

jjk : *cuts in* woah! okay hyung, let's just sit down now

jin : *laughs* sorry, did i embarrass both of you?

jjk : haha hyung

jin : *takes his seat* order whatever you like

jungkook sees. of course he does. he doesn't need to be a smartass to be able to tell sinb is just a tiny bit uncomfortable. she's holding the utensils but she can't seem to touch her food.

jjk : sinb.. it's okay

hsb : *sad smile* i'm trying

jjk : *places a hand on her chin and makes her face him* i can tell *kisses her forehead*

hsb : *blushes* jin oppa is here

jjk : *smirks* and so?

jin : she's right. i'm trying to enjoy my meal *chuckles*

jjk : shh baby, pretend he isn't here, alright? pretend it's just you and me. like always

the way he smiles so adoringly at her made her melt into his touch. she felt so safe. it gave her courage but the minute she turned back at her food. she couldn't help but feel that jin was looking at her, probably concerned. she felt a little more anxious.

jjk : *smacks jin's hand lightly* can you stop looking at her?

jin : sorry! *rubs his hand* i thought she didn't like the food!

hsb : *nervously laughs* no it's great

jjk : baby, how about i feed you?

hsb : w-what?

but before she could retaliate, he tried to cut through her steak and was already putting the fork near her mouth.

jjk : c'mon baby, just open your mouth

hsb : you make it sound weird

jjk : *laughs*

she opened it because she can't get over how jungkooks kept repeating the pet name and how he was laughing. he's cute but she won't tell him. at least not then.

she chewed but she got nervous when she realised jin is staring again. she tried to avoid his gaze while trying to chew her food properly.

jjk : *sighs* jin hyung!

jin : *shocked* i'm sorry.. though i don't know what i keep doing

hsb : *reaches out to jungkook* no, i'm okay. i think i'll be okay

jjk : *smiles at her* of course, you'll be

jin : *watches them* did they forget i was here, again?
