After they all finished eating and going upstairs because it was getting late I stopped my brother to ask him a question. "Meli, can you show me what to do with this so called 'food' you speak of", I said while tugging at his shirt. He sat down and asked me what I wanted to know. "Well as I have observed they put the food in their mouth holes and chew them up with their teeth" as said while seating down in the other side of the table so I could see him face to face. "Mhm" he nodded, "so what do you want to know?" he curiously asked. I sweat dropped while scratching the back of my neck, "were does all that food go to, it can't possible stay there forever does it? And can I learn how to make food?", he slammed his head on the table and stood up straight again as if that never happened, I titled my head in confusion. Then he spoke "well you see...... it goes into your stomach and after a while you take it out off your system by...err... pushing hard enough??? I really don't know how to explain this to you". "And about the food I'm not really a good cooker", I slammed my hands on the table and said, "nonsense I shall be the judge of that", "don't blame me if you loose your appetite, but at least now you won't be eating souls". I pouted, "but what if they are near death? Can't I take them away from their misery? It's a win-win situation :3 ". He sighed and said, "sure? As long as your not the one that causes that near death experience". I mumbled, "but that's the best part". He looked at me in worry and mumbled "you have a lot to learn".

Time skip~
He had finally finished his Tavern's special Meat Pie, "oh wow it looks delicious!", he laughed dryly and said "ha ha ha.... you better try it first", after I while of me trying to hold the utensils right I finally did it. I took a bite of the pie and it was..... delicious! I practically had stars in my eyes "this is sooo~ good!", he did a double take and said "w-what!?". "You should really trust in your skills more, bro" I said with my mouth full as I devoured the meat pie. "Are you sure your stomach isn't sick?", "nope", "well I guess you think it's good because it's the first one you have tasted?". As I finished the food he prepared and putting the plate in the sink he said, "either way, the sun is already rising so Imma head up, you should too", "were will I sleep?", "hmm... well I guess you can fit in my bed since your short". I puffed my cheeks and said "we're basically the same height ya know!".
