chapter 21

Kongpob pov

"Sorry hero i can't drop you both today, but I'll pick you. Bye guys" i kissed Nine's and Arthit's cheeks and got inside my car. I have an important meeting today.

"Sir, clients are here" my pa informed me once in entered my office building.

"Thanks Rosie, double check the equipments. I don't want any interruptions and they shouldn't see the samples unless i say myself" i said sternly without stopping anywhere and reached my room.

Meeting is in another hour and i prepared myself. I can't afford to miss this big project from the country's top car manufacturer.

Before i get into any meeting i usually will call Arthit, just incase if he needs something and couldn't reach me out.

"Hello Arthit" he answered my call in the first ring.

"Hey Kongpob" he replied in an undertone.

"Everything alright?" I asked applying my light cologne.

"Yahh, the question hour is over. They were not ready to listen I signed my resignation letter straight and now waiting in the playground" he chuckled.

"Go home what are you doing there?" My blood boiled at the fact that my husband was not giving chance to explain his side of the story.

"I'm waiting for Nine. He'll be worried if i leave without informing him" i left a heavy breathe but couldn't stop the smile crawling over my face. Arthit's love for Nine is beyond your imagination. So many times I've heard him saying my kid, my son unconsciously. He is not called Angel without any reason.

"Why don't you come to my office fetching Nine. A day off wouldn't hurt" I'm positive i will not perform well in the meeting if i don't confirm Arthit isn't affected emotionally.

He loves his job so much. Even after going to medical school and graduating as a psychiatrist he studied further to become a teacher. But that school, is a trash. They don't deserve his determination and hard work.

"Okay" Arthit agreed sooner than i thought.

"I'll send harry" i disconnected the call and made arrangements for my family to spend time in my office without getting bored to death.

"Tiffany" i called the front office executive "my husband and my son will be here in few minutes. Make sure they're comfortable"

Hoping to see my two favourite boys once the meeting is over i entered the board room. Meeting went unexpectedly smooth, it sounds like they are here after the deciding to gimme their project.

"We can already say you caught our eyes Mr.Suthiluck, director of the Team shook hands with me. Incredible success at this young age" he listed his compliments.

"Thank you Mr.Rajesh i can assure you wouldn't regret" i promised and the meeting ended well even if it took longer than planned.

Once the meeting is over, i rushed to see Arthit and Nine. "Congratulations boss" my pa squealed.

"Thanks rosie, you played an important role too"

"Thank you sir" her face flushed red. I made my way to my room. "Is my family here yet?" I asked her searching inside.

"They are in the baby room boss" there is a baby room in the top floor of our office for single moms and dads with nannys appointed.  I have been a single dad and i know how hard it is to balance work and kids.

I enthusiastically took the private elevator and barged inside. My heart fluttered when i saw Arthit and Nine playing with a one year old baby girl. She was very cute with chubby cheeks and round eyes. She is trying to walk few steps but directly lands on her butt.

"Miss me?" I picked Nine and pecked Arthit's cheeks. He neither wiped nor slapped my hands like he usually do but smiled at me.

"You have a baby room at your workplace?" He asked and picked the crawling baby girl. I nodded.

"Very thoughtful of you" he kissed my cheek back for the first time outdoor, and also infront of Nine. My eyes widened in surprise.

"Whose baby is she? She's very cute" Arthit rocked the little princess in his arms she was playing with her paci.

"Maya's, she was a teen mom. Now she's our publicist" the caretaker explained and tried to reach the baby girl, she was shocked when the baby refused to leave Arthit and started crying.

"That's okay ma'am, I'll pass when she's asleep" Arthit politely informed and we four left the room. "Please inform her mother, we'll be back soon" Rosie nodded.

We occupied the private table in the cafeteria. Nine adjusted himself on my lap "duddy, cut Namtarn from the w-wedding guest list"

"Who's that hero?" I'm sure i have no friends named that.

"She's our school vice principal" Arthit laughed.

"We got a villain, i see" i nodded rubbing my chin.

"Angel you still sad?" He tried to transfer to Arthit. Arthit gave the baby to me and got Nine.

"No baby boy. I'm not sad" he shook his head.

"W-work with dudddy. Duddy and mom-mmy work at the same place" Nine added giving his gummy smile.

"That's what i thought. My son is very smart" i kissed his cheeks and also kissed the wiggling baby's cheeks in my lap. She blew raspberries to it. "Duddy she like it" Nine giggled.

My phone rang disturbing our time. "Hello yes Rosie"

"Gimme a minute rosie" "hero, daddy should go now. We'll go home in a couple of hours" i kissed his cheeks and went to seal the deal.
