"That's it for today, meet you all tomorrow. Don't forget to do your homework" i finished my class with a short story as usual. I'm so happy the pandemic is finally over and we all are out of danger.

It has been three months since kongpob and i started dating. luckily, its going extremely well. I'm not living in the same flat but shifted to an apartment a little bit spacious next to Kongpob's house. Thanks to him he has added the orphanage i grew under his charity, I'm so grateful to him for giving those kids new home.

My phone rang "Hello yes Kongpob" i balanced my phone on the crook of my neck and rushed to the staff room to collect my things.

"No, my last period was not in Nine's class. I'm going I'm going geez don't shout" i went to Nine's class. To my surprise, he wasn't there. this hasn't happened anytime. He waits for me everyday in the classroom. I checked all the other classes and called harry to ask if he has picked Nine.

"Not yet Mr.Rojnapat, I'm waiting for you both at the same place" harry replied, today I'm staying at Kongpob's house as Nine was asking me for long.

I frisked the whole school and inquired every person i pass. "Shiyaaa" i was very Terrified at this moment. That's when i heard few murmurs coming from one of the bushes. I went near it and found Nine laying half down and his focus fixed on the soil.

"Nine what are you doing here?" It came out a bit harsh. I didn't, mean to shout at my boy, but this guy right here should understand it is not okay to disappear just like that.

"Angel look, a worm" after several Therapy sessions, Nine's speech has drastically improved Now he doesn't stutter frequently like before.

"I see, so you came here without informing me to look at a worm" i folded hands to my chest.

He stood up and patted the dirt off his shirt, i cleaned the mud that were stuck to his knees and hands using my handkerchief keeping a disappointed face.

"Sorry Angel, i was b-bored alone" he pouted and wrapped his arms around my nape. I shook my head and stood up with him clinging to my side.

"Apology accepted" i kissed his cheeks and walked to the car.

"No, No" he squirmed and motioned me to let him down. Once i did, he scooped an handful of mud and the worm inbetween the pile.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. What do you think you're doing Mister"

"Angel, he is ma p-pet fwom today" he giggled. How could i say no to this cute giggle and his puppy doe eyes. I left a heavy sigh and picked him up to the car.

"Hello Harry we have a guest" Harry chuckled and gave us a plastic bag to secure the little worm.

"Ewww baby boy that's gross" i scrunched my face in disgust when the worm squirmed inside the bag.

"Angel No call my pet g-gwoss" he was singing and swinging his legs unbothered of the heavy traffic.

The ride to kongpob's house which was supposed to be 20 minutes took an whole hour. "Thanks Hawry" Nine said and held my index finger to get inside the house.

The gardener, cooks and the other household staff greeted us happily. I've not visited them for long as i was just busy with my papers.

"Surprise" kongpob came out of the bedroom and picked Nine. "Duddy" "kongpob" Nine and i squealed when he pecked both of our cheeks after giving a small squeeze to my waist.

"Kongpob" i slapped his chest. I pointed to Nine by my chin he winked and kissed my cheeks again to which Nine giggled.

"Aaaaaahhhh what the hell" kongpob screamed in horror looking at the slimy worm moving inside the bag. I laughed arching my head back "ask your son"

"The n-ame is muddy fuddy, my p-pet from today" he proudly introduced his not so friendly friend to his daddy by raising the plastic bag above his head.

"Lion king reference" i again laughed my heart out at my kid's intelligence. Ain't i lucky? He is cute, smart and funny. Kongpob? No I'm talking about Nine. Kongpob's brain is pea sized.

"I'm not allowing this thing to live with me" kongpob pointed to the plastic bag and to the door. Nine started tearing up.

"Awww no baby boy" i hugged him he burried his face to my thighs. "Kongpob are you against nature? People nowadays pet alligators and anacondas. Nine just wants to have an half inch worm and you dare to snatch it from him" i spoke.

"Mr.muddy fuddy" Nine corrected sniffing.

"Aah yes, you dare to snatch Mr.muddy fuddy from him. Respect that squirmy thing" i used Mr.worm's name like Nine wanted.

Kongpob threw his hands behind and mumbled "unbelievable"

"Please duddy" Nine pleaded to kongpob with teary eyes. Without any further questions kongpob brought a medium rectangular fish tank for Nine to fill it with mud and let muddy fuddy live peacefully inside.

We three sat on the dinner table and Nine was whining about the spinach and broccoli as usual, it's funny how green things disgusts him. Kongpob and i will never compromise on Nine's health he himself knows that his glassy puppy eyes will not help him getting away with veggies.

"Stargazing yayyyy" Nine ran around the house hyper once kongpob announced we are sleeping in the terrace Stargazing.

Kongpob, Nine and I are laying on the terrace floor with hands folded behind our head. 'Whoa' i exclaimed admiring at the number of stars twinkling overpowering the deep dark sky.

"Wow" kongpob followed me.

"Argh" Nine gasped "look" he pointed to a shooting star that was falling and creating a streak of light in the night sky.

"Wish something" i yelled in excitement.

"I wants Angel to become my mom-my" Nine wished loudly clasping his hands and closing his eyes tightly. That was totally unexpected, I caught kongpob staring at me with his eyes full of hope and love.

"I wish things between kongpob Nine and I, stays the same all through my life"
